CHAPTER 29  WHISPERING ESCAPE
“You got it all planned out, you say? Is that really so?” As Vandread processed the sentinel's most recent comments, he found that he was suddenly unable to contain his laughter, and it erupted from his mouth without him being able to stop it. It reverberated throughout the entirety of the core that it was gradually becoming absurd.

Even at first glance, Vandread could tell that the sentinel didn't care how he responded. After that, it became the reason for Vandread to stop his irrelevant laughter when he finally decided to speak to the sentinel once more.

“You must be losing it. That’s fine. Things of this nature frequently occur in the lives of the fallen ones. They held onto all of their trump cards until the very end of the game in an attempt to win. Even if it means they have to put their own dignity on the line in order to preserve their damn pride." Vandread said.
