Chapter 37: Sabotage

"What's up Jo?" asked Nate as he held his cell phone. His eyes were still on the laptop screen, which was showing a report from the Delta Business Group.

"I got an update on the Ira case that the police are working on. Luna and Jim managed to get a lot of information out of the police," Jo replied.

"What's interesting then? Are there any leads on the mastermind who poisoned Ira?" asked Nate.

"No, sir. One of the interesting things is that the waiter who was suspected of planting the poison admitted that he did it. Even though Ron confirmed that he didn't do it," Jo explained.

"What?" muttered Nate in disbelief.

"It's hard to believe, sir. But there's something else that's surprising. The waiter also admitted that he was told to poison you sir. But he didn’t do that because he felt he was being tricked by Xavier. That's why he poisoned Ira," Jo said.

"Wait a minute. That seems impossible, how can he admit that?" asked Nate while he concentrated on Jo's explanation. He closed his laptop
