Magehold City, Northern Beast’s Wilderness, Planet Eryndon.
Magehold exists as one of the most famous cities ruled by the Magician Association since it has given birth to numerous talented magicians and powerful combatants. The city was famous for two reasons! The first reason for the city’s popularity was the schools for magicians. It’s a place where the instructors teach the children how to fight from the age of six. The instructors of the academy trains the next generations for years and prepare them for the entrance examination of the magician academy. After all, every magician needs to attend the magician academy of their respective cities, in either planet Earth or planet Eryndon, for two years once they’re of age, so that they can gain legal certification of them being a magician. The second reason for the city’s popularity was the wilderness, which surrounded it from all four sides. The wilderness outside this city’s dome-like energy barrier was dotted with trees, spanning more than ten thousand miles. It is a place for magicians to hunt beasts for their materials and gather ingredients such as magic herbs, magic plants, and so on for alchemical purposes, as the wilderness has an abundance of monsters and herbs. However, it is not safe for any human. After all, a person can die anytime in the wilderness under the claws and jaws of monsters. “Only magicians can go to such places to hunt monsters and come out alive. Even among magicians, casualties occur daily as magicians who don’t train hard enough become the prey in the wilderness. They get hunted down by beasts. Do you want to become the prey?!” A man with a height of six and a half feet and seemingly in his mid-thirties shouted at the top of his lungs as he looked at the teenagers running across the wide stretched field with all their strength. Although he was in his mid-thirties and had some stubbles on his face, the instructor of the magician academy was still in better shape than people in their twenties. “No, sir! We don’t want to be the prey in the wilderness. We want to be the hunters.” The students shouted out as they completed the twentieth lap around the running track with ease. “That’s good! But words mean nothing. Prove it with your actions. The best way for young magicians in the magical realm to increase their magic energy capacity like you guys is to exercise to the best of their limits. So, keep on running until you complete seventy laps around the track. Who knows? Maybe you will be able to gain an increase in your magic energy capacity.” Instructor Varyn said at the top of his lungs, intending to motivate the young ones. His words motivated the youngster indeed, and they began running even more hurriedly. “We understand, Sir. We will prove our conviction to become strong as a magician with our actions!” Everyone was running at a high speed with ease, except for the weakest magician in history—Finn Sorren. A name too grand for a fragile chicken like him. A magician is a human whose body can contain magic energy. Magic energy is present in nature. It is a mysterious energy that the bodies of magicians can retain. The increase in their lifespan, physical capabilities, and strength depends on the amount of magic energy their bodies can contain. A magician can at least contain more than 15 units of magic energy once they are born. One can increase their magic energy capacity by training and improving their fitness and physical body capabilities. However, Finn Sorren happened to be the only man in history that couldn’t contain more than two units of magic energy in his body. He trained a lot too, but for some reason, he never experienced an increase in his magic energy capacity. Out of all the students here, he was the only one out of breath and gasping for air. His back was drenched in sweat as his lungs expanded and contracted to the limit. Sweat trickled down from his forehead and along his cheek and chin as his face as red as the scarlet butt of baboons made it seems like he would collapse any moment now. Taking even a single step felt painful, and he could only do so after mustering up all his strength as if there was a huge boulder placed on his back. For being the weakest magician in history, this was just one of the perks. There were more perks, and each one was more painful and toxic than the others. “But hey, at least I won’t get my ass kicked by the bullies as long as the instructor from the magician academy is supervising our training,” Finn said in his mind, moving slowly across the tack while breathing rhythmically and mysteriously to restore his stamina. His parents had passed down this supernatural technique to him when they were still alive. The technique allows him to restore his stamina as long as he breathes exercising the unique patterns mentioned in the book. For the past several minutes, he had decreased his speed and focused more on using this technique to restore his stamina so that he won’t collapse on the ground and embarrass himself in front of the entire school. A few moments later, once Finn replenished his stamina by using his supernatural technique, he revealed a refreshing smile as strength has come back to his body. “Let’s catch up to them and impress the instructor.” Finn thought in his mind as he tried to catch up with the others. However, he was six laps behind the rest of the students. Six whole fucking laps around the track! “What a sore loser.” Finn was the greatest disappointment in the eyes of the teachers of this school. The very teacher that has been sucking up to the instructor from the magician academy and picking up his mighty balls to enter his good grace. “He still hasn’t collapsed, huh? With his tiny strength, low stamina, lanky body, and weak bones, it’s a surprise that he can continue running. Is this the determination of the weakest magician?” The instructor said under his breath. As the man looked at him, he couldn’t help but think that Finn was an interesting student. He had looked at his files and knew that he was the weakest magician in history. The student had no ability and didn’t seem to have more than two units of magic energy in his body, yet he could still run more than ten kilometers without showing any signs of giving up. Of course, this came as a surprise to him. “Instructor Varyn, he might end up hurting himself if he continues like this. Should we stop him?” A boy with pointy ears and wearing a pair of sunglasses with black shades asked as he looked at his soon-to-be instructor. “Nope, Adrian. Let him run.” Instructor Varyn from the magician academy said as he looked at the talented boy with the potential to be one of the strongest magicians who he had luckily came across in the wilderness of planet Eryndon. “Alright,” Adrian Locke nodded. “Let’s see for how many laps he can keep on going.” Instructor Varyn said as he looked at Finn with a gaze of subtle interest.Latest Chapter
Chapter 367
"Let's go and slay that disgusting spider!"Seeing that the last Guardian of the Queen was dead, Freya came out of her hiding spot and rushed towards the gates to open them. However, golden tides rose from under her feet and spiraled around her, restraining her from advancing further. It was Finn who had immobilized her."You'll be staying here," Finn said to Freya; his voice, although calm, sounded more like an unchangeable command to her."Why?" She asked."What we are about to do next isn't suitable for someone like you to become a part of as you're only a magic lord. You'll be a dead weight to us, a weakness she can exploit to blackmail us." Finn said, meeting Freya's eyes with an overwhelmingly oppressive look. His gaze and words left her with no ability to resist, and the words about to come out of her mouth rolled back down her throat. They were about to slay a demonic god, a middle-ranked one, which was an act not only hazardous but also one in which only Magic Emperors and th

Only an instant passed before cracks appeared all over its body. It looked like a crumbling mountain. Finn did not doubt that it would move on to the afterlife soon. It wanted to take him down with it, so it attacked him more aggressively than ever. [Heroic shield] Finn created a golden shield and pushed it towards its fist. It was bigger than him but not as strong as him. Its blow failed to shatter the shield, which bounced back its fist and smashed into its chest, nearly throwing it off its feet. It stabilized itself and waved its hands at Finn with such speed that its hands left behind afterimages. 'So it has not been using its full strength.' Finn thought as his eyes narrowed and a thoughtful look appeared on his face, indicating that he was planning something. He was trying to come up with a way to end it for good. First, he must avoid getting hit by it. [You've activated instant acceleration!] It was attacking Finn endlessly, but he kept running out of the trajector

Other than the plant-type monster lord, the shortest route to the spider queen's chamber didn't have any other monsters. The only hurdle they faced in their journey was coming across poisonous mushrooms and plants. They didn't need to go around them as Finn, who was immune to the poison of such things, devoured them. The act of consuming them not only helped him gain new types of poison and increased the amount of different kinds of poison in his poison sacks, but it also shortened the time they needed to reach the chambers.Within three minutes, they reached their destination."What the heck is that?! It's too fucking tall!" Finn exclaimed while pointing at the anomaly in front of him.Freya replied, "It's the queen's strongest underling, Apex Hill Giant.""This name suits well for someone his size," Kris added. The one who was standing guard before the spider queen's chamber was the strongest monster lord in the unholy necropolis. It was extremely tall. It was sitting cross-legged,
Chapter 364
The carnivorous plant-type monster found itself in a ridiculous situation. Its entire body was out in the open. It looked like a shriveled, deflated dick, one without might. Finn, Freya, and Kris were staring at it in the same way it would stare at its meals."It comes as a surprise to me that you can even do that."Kris had seen many abilities in his life, but he had not seen one like Finn's, which allowed its user to conjure up almost everything.Finn grinned at him and said, "I can do a lot of other things with my superpower, so don't let yourself be surprised by me later.""Alright, let's deal with it," Kris said as he raised his hand to kill the monster that Finn had immobilized. Before he could kill it, Finn hurriedly flew up to him, stopped him from unleashing his killing move from his hand, and said, "I want to add it to my kill count, so I hope you can let me make the last attack to take it down permanently."After hearing what Finn said, Kris lowered his hand and looked at h

"You overestimate yourself." Kris sneered as his purple eyes that held the stars within them brightened in a two-colored light, a mix of purple and black. What made the carnivorous plant-type monster believe that with its little capabilities, it could kidnap her in front of a sublime emperor twice? It wasn't even worth his effort as it was just a piece of garbage in his eyes, a tin can that he could squeeze and crush with a stomp. It, though, didn't realize that. He had no choice but to teach it the hard way.He activated the third version of his teleportation superpower.[Position Shift!]As the monster's vines reached close to Freya, her body disappeared from its spot and appeared right where Kris was standing. Meanwhile, he appeared in the exact same spot she was an instant ago.The monster was somewhat shocked to see how he so easily brought its prey to safety, but it didn't let it show through its actions or emotions. Its vines advanced towards him, intending to kidnap him. It di

Boom! An ear-piercing explosion sounded as the toxic mushroom burst apart, pieces of soft green flesh flying across the air. Some crashed on Finn, some crashed on the ground and tumbled for a few meters, and some struck the inner walls of the dome created by Finn and slid down. All of them, in the next moment, evaporated into green mist. None of it escaped the dome. Freya was feeling scared and disturbed. Kris had told her that Finn was immune to poison. But was he really? And if he was, was he so immune to poison that even the thick poisonous would fail to harm him? She didn't have answered to these questions. She looked at what was ahead of her. While staring at the green mist that has camouflaged Finn, she wished he would come out fine from this situation. Kris wasn't as carefree as ever, and he had his eyes narrowed. Although there was only a subtle change in his expression, he looked completely different. With an emotionless and calm face, he looked like an indifferent person
