Chapter 78: Taste of Revenge

Billy gathered a couple more rocks and took careful aim. All of them, except for the last, hit their target. He couldn't be sure if it was because he had messed up on the last one or because they had finally caught on to what was happening. It wouldn't surprise him if it was the later. They hadn't done a good job proving their intelligence thus far.

"Who did that?" demanded one of the men.

"This isn't the time," another one said. "Focus on the zombies."

It seemed his distraction had done its job as another two members faced their end at the hands of the zombies. At this rate, they would be dead in a couple minutes. There was no need for him to intervene anymore. Crossing his arms, he watched them try their best to survive, but the odds were against them. One by one, they died at the hands of the zombies until there were none remaining.
