Suddenly she heard sean “Hey....you want me? come and get me!” he yelled loudly.

Jennifer opened her eyes slightly surprised to hear the sound of sean’s voice. Then she slowly turned around to face his direction.

Sean stood there panting heavily, but he was still standing and determined. The locust rushed towards seen who already sprint towards the car with a pocket knife he held and a lighter in his hands.

As he approached the car, Jennifer could see sean smiling, as he threw the knife toward a gasoline tank close by before hurling the lighter at the tank. The explosion created a huge fireball and instantly engulfed the area.

Before the fireball consumed everything, Jennifer saw several locusts fall dead to the ground, dead and burned to a crisp.

Sean stands to his feet while dusting his body, he turned towards Jennifer who kept on smiling at his actions.

Suddenly an Axe beheaded Jennifer, cutting her head completely off her body, then later fell lifelessly on the spot.

Sean took a step back shocked to see what happened to her.

When he got over his shock he began to run toward where Jennifer's body was lying.

The flames from the explosion started to consume everything around Sean once again. Sean could only look at the burning houses as his tears rolled down his cheeks silently. But he knew it wasn't over, the nightmare has only begun.

Then a huge figure, 9ft tall with a long spear which also had skulls made in form of underwear tied around its waist. It growled at sean who is still looking at Jennifer's lifeless body on the ground. Then it charged toward Sean at full force, suddenly a garbage truck collided with the creature sending it flying off its feet.

Sean sighs looking at what may have saved him from the creature that attacked him earlier.

He looks up and noticed a blue figure staring at him as it floats upward, with a shiny aura surrounding its body. It had the face of the corpse, Jennifer. She looked at him and said “Find the truth, the only way to stop the curse,” she added, then disappeared in a flash leaving nothing behind.

The monster stood up back on its feet while shaking its head to regain consciousness as it started to walk forward toward Sean.

Sean's eyes widen and he tries to move to the side to avoid the creature, but instead stranger dressed in a purple gown with a white cross designed on it. Surrounded the demon, while chanting a quote while holding their palms open in front of them. They chant louder as they stare into the creature's eyes.

As the beast roared angrily, trying to take a step forward, but instead it went down to its knees while it was prevented from moving by some force. It roared in pain and started to struggle like crazy to escape this unknown force, but the strange purple dress figures wouldn't budge.

Sean could see a child crying out in pain as if the child was trapped in an invisible wall while struggling. The voice of the child caused him a headache he closes his eyes and ears trying to limit the noise. But the loud voices still manage to penetrate his eardrums.

Soon his headache became so bad that his heart started thumping wildly as if he was going to explode at any second. Then he passes out after.

He opened his eyes to see himself laying on a bed, shirtless. His body was pale, his hair was messy and there were bruises all over his chest and abdomen.

But he had bandages wrapped around his body. He sits up and finds himself alone, it wasn't surprising since he doesn’t know what time of day it is.

Sean's gaze shifted to the window. Looking out the window, he spotted the large oak tree standing on top of a hill, then the sound of a loud bell rang loudly throughout the entire room.

Sean quickly jumps off the bed. He walks to the door while taking his shirt, puts it on, then goes out of the room which took him down the stairs into the Church occupied by a few of the townsmen all praying silently. He hears a priest calling for his congregation, he walks closer and listens to the priest.

The priest says “We lost a lot of our loved ones last night, but we should be filled with sorrow but happiness. Because we know they are free now and together they will live forever in peace. So let us give thanks and say our thanksgiving prayers.

Everyone bowed their heads and said amen in unison.

The congregation was led by father Andrew who sighted Sean, after he was through he walked towards him.

“I see you are awake, you look strong and healthy .” Father Andrew said smiling.

“I feel okay, but still feel pains all over my body” Sean replied.

Father Andrew smiled “Don’t worry I can help you with all these pains. Come with me"

Father Andrew said while they both started walking to the Garden of the church.

Father Andrew stops and points towards the garden. He said, “This place is dedicated to the Lord. Everyone here is dedicated to the Lord. We worship Him every morning. Every evening we go there to pray to Him and praise Him. This garden is called the garden of God. You should visit it often.”

They continue walking through the garden while they passed by people dressed in the same purple gown the strangers wore to stop the demon. That made sean remember last night's incident.

“Who were those people that controlled the demon yesterday?” Sean asked

After walking for about five minutes, Sean finally saw the large Oak tree in the distance, he quickly recognized it as one of the trees that surrounded the graveyard. He sighted some of the townsmen mourning while they lowered a coffin down into a hole.

“They are the brothers of the church," Father Andrew says. “And how did they stop the creature?”

“There are lots you don't know son," Father Andrew chuckles while folding his hands backward.

“What is happening to the town? what Curse is Goldberg talking of?" Sean asked wanting to know everything about the whole situation.

“Well, Goldberg, you mustn't let your mind be poisoned by his words” Father Andrew replied, “He sold his soul to the devil and brought misfortune upon this town. Especially after killing those poor little children"

“Killing small children?” Sean repeated confused to understand what Father Andrew said.

“Yeah, he murdered those kids after burnt them alive, at ST.HALL Orphanage home" Father Andrew answered.

“ST.HALL?” Sean asked while trying to remember where he saw that familiar name until he remembers the shirt he saw on the body of the ghost which attacked him in the dream. “I need to go to that place !” he exclaimed, not sure why.

Father Andrew stopped, turned towards sean, and said, “No one ever entered there and returned alive, that place is the devil's abode and I advise you should go there .”

“I just need to go in there. And I will leave as soon as possible," sean insisted.

“If you insist, I'll tell one of the brothers to escort you. For your safety, stay away from the haunted place," Father Andrew ordered.

“It's a dangerous place, but if you insist I tell someone to escort you ”

Sean nodded yes in agreement knowing he could use some protection right now.

Moments later, Sean is escorted by the 11th brother of the church, Brother James. They both kept on walking on the road until they arrived at the gate of an abandoned orphanage. As soon as they reach the gate, Brother James turns and looks at sean who still wears the clothes from the graveyard.

“We are at our destination, " he says pointing at a gate that leads straight to the orphanage.

“Thank you, Brother James," sean replies as he nods goodbye to the older man.

“Don't mention it, you're family now," Brother James smiles brightly, then turned back and walks away heading for the town.

“Remember, you need to keep the Purified oil closer " Father Andrew's voice echoed in his eyes. Sean sighs softly while bringing out a small bottle with a liquid inside.

He looks up at the scorching sun before proceeding to the orphanage gate leading into the abandoned orphanage. Entering the gate, he realized it was night in the orphanage. He starts to look around searching for something or anyone that might be able to explain everything.

Suddenly Sean felt someone calling unto him from inside the building, he looked upwards to see a pale figure watching him from the dusty window on the second floor before its Vanishes.

Sean held his courage together, for looking at the swings moving by themselves, he approached the swing and tried to put his hand on it. He heard a creaking noise coming from the swing and sees the chain breaking causing it to fall slowly towards him along with several broken wooden nails hanging onto the chains, one end of the swing reaches the ground and the other part flies to sean who luckily avoids the sharp object hurled at him.

After a moment, the broken parts fell to the ground along with the rest of the chain as they broke when touching the ground, the swing stopped rocking and sat motionless on the ground.

Looking at the swing, he could sense something inside it that wanted to come out of there. He turned toward the main entrance, and in the process of touching the knob, the door opened revealing the dark room with a light shining at the bottom.

Stepping carefully into the room, he closed the door quietly behind him and looked around noticing the broken pieces of furniture scattered all over the room. He continued walking through the dimly lit room passing the broken tables, chairs, shelves, and even pictures, but no sign of life. He ignored the debris and the cobwebs around, but still moves on to find a clue.

“Where do I start from?” he whispers to himself before he heard laughter coming down the hall Just beyond the corridor was another room, this one much brighter than the first. He walked inside the room to see a nun singing a lullaby while she put a child to sleep. She said in her lovely Voice, “Go to sleep my dear child, the dawn will be here very soon” then she turned revealing her shortened brunt face while she roar at Sean.

Sean closes his eyes, but opening them he sighted the ghost nun gone, except for the body still laying on the bed across the other side of the room. He goes to the body to see it was the rotten corpse of a child laying on the bed covered with blood stains except for its head which showed no blood but its mouth, nose, and ears which had holes and blisters on them. It wasn't long until it begins shaking its head back and forth as it moans like a dog, trying to crawl out of bed. Sean ran back to the door, on turning back he sighted the body gone from the bed, he sighs turning to leave while he comes face to face with the living corpse again.

This time, however, the corpse jumped out and lunged toward Sean. He quickly turned and sprinted away only to be chased by the ghastly apparition. As he got near the staircase, the ghastly apparition came chasing after him once again. He ran upstairs and stopped right in a place that appears to be a kitchen.

He bends to hide beside an oven, while he peeks out for his pursuer who was nowhere to be found. He turned to see a ball rolling out from the dark toward him, the ball stopped moving as it begins to roll back into the darkness slowly. Sean begins to crawl after the ball into the darkness and as he reached the end of the corridor, his heart skipped a beat seeing that the ball has stopped moving. He continues crawling on the floor when he hears a loud thump sound from behind him. He turns back and sees a dead boy standing next to the ball with his eyes open wide staring at him.

The boy points to a frame hanging on the wall, which sean understood the young boy was trying to lead him to something. He follows his mind to the frame looking at it to see a group photo of the workers and children together smiling and waving at the camera. Sean looks at the dead boy who pointed behind him.

“He's coming," he said while pointing to the darkness, “He's awake, run before he comes for you”

“Who?” Sean asked while he turns to focus on the footstep and growl coming towards him followed by a loud thud.
