SUFFERING

As they departed rain started to pour down, in which their cries disappeared but both of them in their heart has so much guilt.

It was a cold day and over that rain in which they got fully wet soaking from top to bottom .

They couldn't a single word to each other and kept going on. Not having a destination to go they kept wondering around just to see zombies roaming all around the city.

Shin felt Riya's head against his back, so he didn't give much thought to it but he asked her if she was okay. But she didn't gave any response, in which he asked her again thinking she might have not heard it but again no reply so tried to look back but couldn't see anything.

So Shin stopped the bike and as he turned around he found out that she was passed out, her hands were cold and her head was soo hot.

He immediately get off the bike and picked her up and took her inside the nearest house he could found with an open gate.

He knew what he has to do and has to build courage to do. Shin out her down on a chair and started finding dry clothes and towel .

As soon as he got them he grabbed them and came right to her not thinking about his own wet clothes it was his responsibility to save her life. He undressed her fully and cleaned her with the towel.

Then he dressed her with the dry clothes and took her to the bed and covered her with as much warm blankets, he also put some wet clothe on her head to lower the temperature. Then he changed his own clothes with whatever he could find and put both their clothes for drying after squeezing out all the water in the bathroom.

He knew it will be difficult to find medicine that he need right now but he knew at least what he was looking for.

As he kept looking through the whole house he closed all the possible ways anything could breach in the house.

He couldn't find the medicine he needed, so now he had to took risk and search the other houses around but that was something that can't be helped he had to do it so he did.

He gone through a few houses and found many valuable things that will help them stay alive for a while and also he found the medicine he needed to give her for her cold.

Zombies were still lurking around but knowing that fact he kept everything under control by not doing to much noise and kept doing his stuff. Shin mashed the tablets and mixed it in small amont of water, he made her sit a bit by holding her from behind and put the mixed medicine in her mouth.

And made her drink some water over it so the medicine will go down. He put her down and started warming her feet by rubbing them. He kept changing the wet cloth and kept situation under control.

Half a day passed it was around night and she still Didn't caught her consciousness, But her fever went down a little as he had a thermometer to measure it. So he was little relaxed and hungry.

So he went to the kitchen and started to see what he could make so he made some instant soup to warm himself up and to feed it to her if she happen to wake up.

As he went back just to check on her she was getting into her senses, still feeling cold she sneezed right after becoming awake.

She was about to sneeze again but this time Shin put his hand on her mouth and she sneezed all on his hand, seeing this made her uncomfortable and angry she grabbed his hand and was going to scream at him but he again put his other hand on her mouth and told her to quite as they will be in big trouble if zombies started ravage the place.

She remembering the whole situation came to her senses and kept her calm. She asked what happened and how she got here. Shin asked her to wait a little as he has to check on the soup. So went to get the soup for her, right about that time she noticed under the blanket she was wearing different clothes.

She felt too embarrassed and was going to scream but it hit her mind that screaming will be bad for them. So she kept her cool and waited for Shin to return, just as he arrived she was full of anger and burst on him but silently.

Shin calmed her down and asked for forgiveness and told their was no choice.

As he sat down and gave her the soup and told her what happened. She now know what happened so her anger calmed down, but still she in rude voice asked

' you better not have done anything wrong to me or else i will kill you before the zombies do ' 

Shin told her he had no intention to do so, that he was confused he couldn't even think straight at that time so how could he would have done anything wrong rather then trying to save you.

After hearing what he had to say she apologised that she didn't trust him. As they kept having their soup Shin also made some rice, so they eat and did some talking about  what yo do next.

With the guilt of not being able to safe the life of small boy who was entrusted to them by her mother as her dying words.
