Chapter 1
Chapter 1
It was late at night, the golden sun hovered above casting an ethereal glow on the earth. East of Santiago Bay.
He caught sight of a young man in the far distance groaning in pain upon being beaten by three hefty men before being pushed into the lagoon. He was on the beach and these men were in front. Seeing them turn to look at him, his blood froze. Adrenaline twirled him around and before he knew he was running off. As fast as his legs could carry him.
His mind raced with him but with thoughts, mental images and videos of what had happened to him.
Exactly three men. His brothers-in-law. The same sunset beach, his body being thrown into the water after being brutally beaten and at a point of death.
It was like his life replaying before him. He believed this man was still alive and he could swim.
He wanted to help but he turned, the men were nowhere to be found. The beach was straight ahead.
“Where are they?” He asked himself. Terror rushed through his veins even more.
“Did they disappear?” He pondered.
But he didn't stop, he kept running till he was off the bridge. It was a long time, he couldn't record the time but it was long. Finally, it seemed he had escaped.
But suddenly a fresh swipe crashed over his brain, his head shivered in shock. His eyes widened. The environment was new, fresh yet strange. The memory he had at the beach seemed like a faroff memory. Something which had happened in another world, in another life.
Whether it's real or not, he escaped the familiar danger.
"Shit." Tristan cursed in desperation.
"Thanks goodness, I escaped the grip of death."
The memory rushed in again, realer than before, the one which seemed to have occurred in his past life, not the one at the bridge.
Revenge fumed hard against his chest.
“Do they think they will go scotfree?” He shrugged. “No, they won't.” It was a vow and until he fulfilled it, he wouldn't be at rest.
He'd walked through the downhill to a small luxury riverine community. A foreigner in town.
He'd thought he was going on a business trip with his brothers-in-law not knowing he was on his death route. They never wanted him to marry his woman.
Reality streaked in.
Tristan passed through a store with a large mirror in front. His jaw dropped. Blood trailed over his hands, his face and clothes. His fingers trailed to his face.
An unfamiliar one.
“What the hell? Who's this?” Merely looking the face, it was a native boy, barely twenty but if he was to follow his instinct. He would be nineteen.
“These wounds seem familiar,” he exclaimed. Slashes of glass and sticks which they had used to beat him after dragging him off the car at a bridge.
He stood still, refusing to go further. “I need to understand this.”
“Why are similar events recurring?” He questioned himself.
First it was his death scene replaying before him. Second, the wounds he got still on his body but in a different body and face.
“Who's this man I'm in now?” He pondered. His mind was different. Even his memory slowly overshadowing the one he had before.
Without expecting, a ping sound erupted inside of him.
[Congratulations! Sex Mage Son-in-law System Activated!]
Before he could react, an holographic screen appeared in the air. Startled, Tristan grabbed his chest, pulling his fingers over his eyes, staring deeper into the screen. ,
[Initiating the Host...]
A cold emotionless voice rang in his head coupled with the flashes of images, letters and voices blending together.
"What's going on?”
As if this wasn't enough, the same voice spoke further.
[Initiation... 10%...15%...20%...]
"Tell me! What’s going on!"
As no response came, he cursed.
He wondered if those men were still after him. Where they were now.
Closest to him was a club with the music booming from inside. From what he knew from his past life, this was a place he could relax. A place no one would notice him as it's always dark and people are dancing and fucking. Who would see he's wounded and worried?
He pushed the door open and dashed in expecting everyone to be busy in front with the DJ. But an unexpected sight caught his attention.
A busty young girl with an ethereal beauty rushing forth at him the moment he stepped in. His eyes gawked closer only for his muscles to weaken.
She's stark naked. He looked around. The guests are naked, both girls and guys touching seductively while swaying their bodies to the DJ’s music.
“Fuckkkkk!” It slipped off his lips.
The girl looked at him with an amused grin. “Sir, why are you with clothes?” Her voice was sweet and melodical. It surely didn't belong to this world.
Tristan turned looking at the back to check if this woman was talking to someone else but there was no one at the back. He was the last person to get inside the club.
“Are you talking to me?” He asked to confirm.
“Yes, of course, sir. It's you.” She spoke with so much respect. Tristan sighed heavily, still not getting it but something told him this body he had was someone great, someone this woman had been crushing on.
He took his time rolling his eyes over her soft, flawless body which was sending blood down his cock. She even turned, twirling around, then bent over.
“Do you like what you see, sir?” She asked.
He hummed as he remembered someone. Freda. His ex-fiancée.
His mind returned to Freda, how egoistic she had been. A woman who wasn't even one-quarter beautiful as this woman standing before him, begging him.
“Come with me, sir. Let's go!”
He stood for a few seconds, thinking about this. He seemed to gain notice of some events this body witnessed before now but he didn't detect any significant relationship he and this girl had.
He thought of declining, on the other note saw this as a welcome back reward. His primal needs were sailing higher and he wanted to go with this lady, to break off those sad thoughts of his fiancee ignoring him.
She stretched out her hand and he grabbed it, she ran off with him, curving to the side, off the center people jubilate. Seeing her leading him another away, he halted, resisting.
“Where are we going?” The scenario looked clearly like a set up, his enemies asking her to bring him. When she couldn't reply, he shook his hand off her grip.
A natural instinct of revenge spiraled inside him, growing deeper. Then a…..
Ping.
“Look, I didn't come here for that. If I actually want to fuck a lady, I'd fuck all the women who abused me, those who sent assassins to me…..not you.” He breathed heavily.
The woman's lips curled to an amused grin. He wondered.
[Initiation... 40%]
“Glad you've realized your life's goal,” the woman said, smiled again. Before he knew, she's gone. Vanished from his eyes, he's forced back to the present. The club music and dancing was still going on, couples flirting but here was he, standing alone.
The urge to remain here no longer existed as he felt he had enemies to pursue. The enemies who negotiated his business trip to Santiago. Better for him, they wouldn't know him now he'd assumed another body.
Turning round, he stormed off.
Tristan stumbled as he rushed off with no idea as to where he was headed. He'd escaped a setup, he believed. On the other hand, fate wanted to use this scenario to enhance his life's mission system.

Later that same afternoon, Caiden and Cecilia called the chief of staff, Eunice Carter, and instructed her to begin Mark and Cathyrn’s rehabilitation and training immediately. Not long after, everyone gathered inside the estate’s special training salon. The room was large, neat, and quiet, with an atmosphere that made anyone feel they had to stay alert. At the front of the room stood Eunice Carter, the chief of staff. She was a woman in her fifties with sharp facial features and steel-gray hair that was tightly tied into a neat bun. She carried herself with confidence and discipline. The serious look on her face and the strong authority in her voice made it clear that she expected nothing but complete obedience. She looked more like a strict military commander preparing new recruits than an ordinary chief of staff.Caiden and Cecilia sat a short distance away, silently watching everything. They did not interrupt or speak. They wanted to see how Mark and Cathyrn would handle the

Harem Mage Son-in-law Chapter 45
“Okay, as I was saying, the Miles family is very important.” She told him. “Do you know that?” Tristan nodded at one. “I don't think you do.” Mrs. Madison said to him. “The Miles are running a business scheme and will be worth over a hundred billion in five years.” She revealed it to Tristan. This information sent shockwaves down Tristan's spine. His jaw dropped as he listened, his eyes widened and “what?!” Bursted out of his mouth. “Yes, they're about to be so powerful, it'll be unbelievable.” She told him. “And we want in on it.” She continued. “For a long time, we've always wanted in on it, but their fists are tight and they don't want to share. Not wanting to share is a bad lifestyle, do you know that?,” she asked Tristan. His address with his head, nodding so hard and fast as his interest in the conversation rose a hundred percent. “Good.” “We have been looking for that opening for so long and with you, we finally found it. His daughters!” She revealed. “How do you plan to

Harem Mage Son-in-law Chapter 44
Mrs. Madison immediately signaled her husband, who sheepishly followed her into the inner room as the sisters left. On Mr. Harold's face, the brightness came back. He was back to looking emotionless, but it turned out that was the happy face. Tristan's mind was finally at ease. In fact, at ease was an understatement. He felt a sense of pride that he suddenly became so important to the family. He was going to handle the rest of the evening with so much pride. “Come on, Tristan! Don't keep us waiting!” Mrs. Madison said to him at once, startling him back to reality. “Oh, I'm sorry!” Tristan responded at once, while going to them. A smile that angered Mrs. Madison. She detested seeing him being that happy, but in this case, he kinda deserved it. With majestic steps, he walked into the inner room. Ever since he made it to the home, that was the first time he entered the inner room. It was the most secretive space in the house. So secretive, even his sisters had never entered before.

Harem Mage Son-in-law Chapter 43
“Who is that?” His mother asked him as he wanted to put his phone back into his pocket. Her voice was sharp and threatening as always, instantly cutting through the already tense atmosphere of the private study.“It's no one.” He answered, trying to keep his voice as flat and unbothered as possible to avoid drawing any further scrutiny. He didn't want the phone to be a problem. “That's not the answer I was looking for?” She said to him, her eyes narrowing to the phone. “Nothing can't send you a text.” She insisted, her posture rigid as she refused to let the matter slide.“Why are you so interested in the phone now?” He thought to himself. “What does this have to do with what we are talking about?!”She was clearly mad at Tristan and needed something to express her real anger through. This was going to be it. The situation with her daughters had already pushed her to the edge, and this unexpected distraction provided the perfect outlet for her mounting frustration.Tristan couldn't
