Chapter 03.

[Name: Ryu Arkan.]

[Age: 18 years old.]

[Physical : 9 Points.]

[Money : 10 Million Coins.]

Looking at the numbers in the physical, Ryu realized that he was lacking in physical terms. His gaze was fixed outside the window and knew that the sunlight had risen to show itself.

"Go to school?" Ryu asked himself, then he frowned and said, "it's better to just take two days of sick leave."

Ryu doesn't have a cell phone so he doesn't contact the school. Of course the school doesn't know Ryu's condition , they will assume that Ryu has been truant.

After training and observing his own data. Ryu felt hungry, then he remembered that since he came home from school. He had not eaten at all.

"No wonder I feel hungry." Ryu said with a smile, then he stepped out of the boarding house .

It didn't take long for Ryu to arrive at a roadside stall. The stall sold home-cooked food for 20 thousand.

Ryu still had around 100 thousand, so there was no need to invest 10 million in the system.

Ryu ate greedily, not just one pack but he added up to three packs before he was full.

60 thousand was spent on food and Ryu was satisfied with the food even though it was a little cold because the food that was packed had been cooked early in the morning.

Coming out of the shop, Ryu thought about his few clothes and that he needed a cellphone and a place to stay. After all, boarding houses were not comfortable for him.

“I have a lot of things to do.” Ryu said helplessly. “Alright, let’s start looking for a simple house.”

Ryu stepped into the suburbs, he realized that the house in the suburbs was enough for him to live in. However, he would buy a big house later when he had a lot of money.

After setting his destination, Ryu went to the main road and stopped a taxi. Then he got into the car, then said, "take me to the suburban housing complex."

“Okay.” The taxi driver said in a relaxed tone, after which the car sped off towards the outskirts of the city.

Artana School...

“What did you say! That loser didn’t go to school!” Ken who heard one of his men immediately became angry.

He grabbed his subordinate by the collar before throwing him aside. “Does this bastard think he can escape from my grasp so easily!”

Ken was really angry when he heard that Ryu was absent from school. He calmed his emotions for a moment and snorted coldly. “Tell the boarding house owner to evict him!”

Hearing Ken's order, the friends around him narrowed their eyes slightly. They all had one thought, Ken was really cruel.

“Ken, isn’t that too cruel? Did he do something that made you so cruel?” the red-haired young man asked as he looked at Ken.

Ken himself looked at his friend. “Huh, he likes the girl I like. I won’t let that guy live well, for chasing Sera!”

Hearing such a statement, the students who were Ken's friends fell silent. He did not expect that just chasing himself would end in a series of cruelties.

Ken sat on the old sofa with his head resting. He stared at his men coldly. “Why are you still here!”

“Okay, Boss!” The student immediately turned around and left with sweat dripping down his back. He was still in a dilemma whether to follow his boss’s orders or not.

But remembering the cruelty of his boss, made the student ignore his dilemma because if he didn't do the task, he would likely be targeted.

This was certainly not what the student wanted, so he carried out Ken's orders and apologized to Ryu in his heart.

In Class Two..

A beautiful woman was sitting next to an empty bench. Her eyes lit up for a moment as she glanced at the bench.

"Where is Ryu , why isn't he at school?" This woman wondered to herself.

“Sera, have you eaten?” A woman with long blonde hair asked the woman sitting on the bench.

“Not yet, are you alone?” Sera stared at her friend intently.

“Me too, let’s buy some food, I’m hungry.” The blonde-haired woman said while rubbing her stomach without shame.

Sera nodded, then stood up from her seat. They both walked towards the school cafeteria.

Rouka Town Outskirts .

A taxi passed and stopped across the highway. The suburbs themselves were not as crowded as the city, because the area was just residential.

The taxi stopped and the driver said, “We have arrived.”

Ryu got out of the taxi, then paid the taxi with the system money. After all, the taxi fare itself was 300 thousand.

Arriving at the edge of the city, he saw a view full of houses. He even felt comfortable because the housing looked beautiful and clean.

There is a park for playing and exercising. Ryu looked at it, then nodded in satisfaction.

“It’s better to stay here.” Ryu said in a low tone, then he looked for a local house seller.

He asked everyone on the street, then he ended up in a simple building with a second floor and a small courtyard.

Ryu stepped inside while knocking on the gate softly. “Excuse me, is this really Mr. Walden’s house ?”

Ryu's tone was a little loud so that the people inside heard clearly.

“Yes, wait!” A loud voice from inside made Ryu smile because he knew that what he did had been answered back.

The door of the house opened and a muscular man appeared with a frown. “What’s wrong, kid ? Do you need something from me?”

“I want to buy a house around here, but I only have 8 million, is that possible?” Ryu asked calmly.

“Buying a house for 8 million? Do you think you can find a house like that on the market?” Walden said with a gloomy expression.

"If you want to buy an average house here is 200-500 million. If you only have 8 million, it is better to rent for two months." Walden explained clearly.

Walden's words , Ryu was immediately silent. Unexpectedly, the 10 million given by the system could not be used to buy a house at all.

“Can I rent it for a month?” Ryu asked first.

Walden nodded. “Come in, let’s discuss the next series.”

Ryu enters the house under Walden 's invitation .
