Chapter 5

Before James left the boutique, “I am quite disappointed. If a man is able to live on coconut Island, such a man is not to be looked down upon even if he only wore plain shirts” he said looking at the mean attendant who is now covered in cold sweats.

When his clothes were packaged, he left the store and went into his car.

Many of the customers were all surprised at the plot twist that just happened.

After returning home, James took out his newly bought smart phone.

He made his lunch and felt relaxed, “Yeah, this is definitely the life every man should live”

The next day came so quickly, James didn't dare forget to sign in without being told by the system.

[Piano God level talent acquired ]

In an instant, James entered an enlightenment state.

A large amount of piano knowledge and skills were drilled into his mind.

The corner of his mouth rose into a slight arc as he smiled. “The God level Piano talent is not that bad, it even filled the lack of temperament I had”

James quickly headed to his piano room, looking at the black and white piano keys.

He sat down, with a slight movement of his fingers, beautiful sounds of the piano reverberating throughout the room.

The image of a quiet garden as the wind blows gently, the ocean calm and birds singing came into his mind.

The quiet and peaceful sound of the piano made everyone who heard it in daze, making people close their eyes and enjoy the beautiful melody.

If anyone were to see James right now, they would be mesmerized by the beautiful scene.

Although James is handsome, as he plays the piano, it felt as if everyone became dark and not relevant as James and his piano could be seen in the spotlight.

After finishing playing he felt satisfied, “As expected of a god level Piano talent from the system”

He went to the kitchen to prepare his own food, but then he thought,

‘I should really get a maid to help me with things around here. For now let me spoil myself ’ He changed his mind.

He carried his car key, and drove off to the most expensive restaurant.

As usual James' appearance and his car caught many people's attention especially with his new dressing.

James didn't really pay attention to the crowd, but stared at the building in front.

It was a classic building made of glass, although it's made of glass you can't see what's going on inside, but you can see outside from the inside.

It has modern electronic ads on the signboard with the name ‘Food Palace’ displaying boldly.

Different high end expensive vehicles were driving in and out of the restaurant parking lot.

James began to wonder how the meal of this restaurant would taste like, because this is a nine star restaurant.

After standing for a while, he finally entered the building.

He walked through the door, without taking any three steps further.

A great, sweet, delicious, mouth watering fragrance hijacked his nostrils.

James' throat moved up and down as he swallowed his saliva, then his stomach growled loudly.

Calming himself down, he looked around the restaurant and noticed that the restaurant has an elevator that goes up, which means he is on the lowest level.

Everyone here looks like we'll be doing families or rich people as they enjoy their food.

James felt that he is not in the same class with these people and can't eat openly, so he walked towards the cashier desk, “I need a private room to eat” he said.

The woman looked at James, although James looked handsome but she has seen many handsome second generation wealthy kids.

With a no care attitude, she replied to James, “Do you own a VIP card?”

James was confused,

Seeing his Confused state, the cashier explained roughly, “It's what you need to get yourself a private room to eat”

James now understood, “Then how can I get the VIP card?” He asked.

“There are different types of VIP cards, the Silver and Gold card, the silver card costs an initial recharge of 1 million naira, while the gold card costs an initial charge of 5 million naira,” the cashier explained.

James was shocked why a VIP card would cost so much.

As a man who has once suffered in the past and knows the value of money, he can't just squander money anyhow.

He was about to decline, but then he noticed the cashier mocking face.

He hates being looked down on or judged, so he requested a silver card.

“You can pick a seat, one of the waiters will soon attend…” the waiter was about to continue but then paused because she believed that she misheard.

“Wait, what did you say, sir?” The way the cashier addressed him instantly took a 180-degree turn.

Although she was speaking politely to James before, not even a bit of respect could be seen on her face, instead she has been ridiculing James from the beginning in her mind.

She probably got hurt by a handsome man in the past, she just felt James might be one of those useless handsome men that feed off successful women.

James carried his phone and made the transaction.

He was then asked some details like his full name and other important questions.

After waiting for a few minutes, he was finally given a silver card that looked like an ATM card. It had some digits on it and his name was imprinted.

“You can take the elevator to the second floor, unoccupied room would have ‘unoccupied’ written above the door” The cashier explained and added, “You will meet tab inside the room, press in your orders and someone will bring your food in shortly”

James went as instructed, it didn't take long for him to find an unoccupied room.

He used his VIP card as a key, as he inserted it into the slot to open the door.

He pushed the door open, the room looked beautiful and super nice.

It was well furnished, the room was made of thick glass that makes it almost impossible for gun bullets to penetrate it.

The glass was visible from the inside to see the streets below, the glass even operated as a mobile screen touch phone so he could call, text message, d******d and even play music.

“It's truly worth the money spent”
