[New active skill unlocked.]

Dash- +10 increase to host agility stat.

Mana cost- 5 MP

Duration- thirty seconds.

' Well, that was unexpected. ' Thought Jerouch as he picked himself up.

He began to look around wondering where he was.

Because of the chase, he had gone a bit deep in the forest.

' Ahh, I forgot. ' he dusted his hands as his focus went back on the system interface.

[Status Page]

[Stats] [Skills] [Quests] [Shop]

Choosing the stat panel, the figures were like this.

Host- Jerouch

Health: 60 Mana: 25

Race- ???

Level-2(5/200)

Class-???

Rank- F

Strength - 2

Agility- 2

Mind- 15

Perception-1

( Stat point- 2 )

Seeing the stat point, Jerouch didn't think much before he decided on what stat he needed to increase.

His mind was already leading with great numbers and his strength and agility had already increased, hence he chose to spend one stat point on perception and one on agility.

' Better awareness and the ability to escape quickly. ' he smirked.

Now his perception was 2 and his agility, 3.

' Time to find a dungeon and harvest some EXP. ' he giggled as he trudged forward blindly looking for a low rank dungeon.

The lowest dungeon in this world where F rank monsters.

They had mainly F rank monsters in them except for the dungeon boss which sometimes might be E rank.

As for how to know an F rank dungeon, there would be one blue shining star above the entrance.

Jerouch continued to progress forward making sure not to go too deep to avoid the inevitable.

However, he soon stopped and a deep frowned showed on his smooth pale face.

' What's that collision? ' he thought as he turned left heading to the source of the disturbance.

He knew that what he was doing was evidently stupid but his curiosity couldn't push him less.

One couldn't blame him, since his arrival in this world, he had always been monitored and his freedom was restricted.

Now that he had the chance to experience many wonderous things in this world, he wouldn't let go of the opportunity.

Jerouch stopped a couple of meters in the distance hiding behind a giant tree with yellow scaly trunk and thick red leaves that blocked the sunrays.

He held his mouth in awe as he saw the scene happening far in the distance.

He was seeing an earth shattering battle between two figures gave him goosebumps.

One was large and the other was small. Jerouch wasn't sure of what the large monster was but from his past memories, it resembled dragons from the folklore.

Although not completely matching their descriptions.

As for the small figure, it was a lady with a bright porcelain skin.

She had a long flowing white hair and even from the distance, he could see her large amethyst eyes that were lazily focused on the monster before her.

She was clad in a fitted white shirt that tightened around her chest and waist portraying her just perfect curves.

Her sleeves were loose and she wore a large black skirt that dropped to her kneels which blew gracefully alongside the wind.

The black wyvern that had blue lightening zapping around him charged straight at the girl with speed that Jerouch's eyes could not follow.

Both parties were hovering midair, and before the wyvern could clash with her petite figure, she kicked the air and shot upward.

Diving downward with a long silver chain in her hands, she twisted making the chain spiral.

The end of the chain appeared to manifest the head of a purple head snake and it sunk its teeth into the left wing of the wyvern.

'' Arrghh! How dare you, arrogant ant. '' The wyvern cursed as the snake tore a part of his wing.

The sky outrightly darkened and even Jerouch who was still hiding under the giant tree could feel something ominous brewing up there.

He knew he was supposed to leave at this point as just the after effect of their battle could squash him to paste.

Yet, he was too excited and engrossed to think about escaping the scene.

Boom!

Jerouch found himself flying backward and his back hit a tree stopping his momentum.

'' Urggh! '' Blood leaked from his mouth and his head turned fuzzy.

' The fuck! ' his eyes widened in horror and interest as he remembered that last attack.

A thick blue lightning dragon had appeared from the sky and dived downward.

He could also see the chain in the lady's hand transforming to a celestial figure whose descriptions, he couldn't lay his hands on.

What happened next was a clash and the collision force was what sent him flying several meters backward like a balloon.

As for who won...

He had no idea and he wasn't planning on finding that out.

He was lucky enough to escape that mess with a few internal injuries.

' That girl... ' Jerouch's forehead crisped as he fell into his own fantasy.

' I'm not completely sure about the ageing process in this world but she definitely doesn't look like someone who has clocked twenty. '

The want for power rushed his mind and flame of ambition ignited in his eyes.

' That overwhelming power, if I had that... '

Would those bastard of a family and even the slave merchants dare treat me like a peck of dust was what Jerouch had in his mind.

The power to float in air and go toe to toe with a monster that was a dozens of meters large who could summon a lightning dragon from the sky.

Jerouch soon came to another sense of realization.

That girl was probably not in her twenties and she could wield such outrageous power.

What about other old and powerful warlocks?

They could upturn the sea? Or break the sky...

' Calling myself an ant is perhaps an overestimation in this world. '' he bit his lower lips as he clenched his fist.

[Generating a new quest...]

He heard a new notification which made his frown deepen.

The red salamander, from the little knowledge, that Jerouch had garnered in the library, was a creature of the fire element. They lived in hot regions, such as extremely scorching deserts or terrains near active volcanoes. Some red salamanders that ranked higher even lived inside volcanoes. From the mana fluctuation of the red salamander, he could tell that it was a D rank monster. '' Lightning bolt. ''Jerouch called out softly. The bright sky suddenly turned cloudy with flashes of lightning and then…A thick bolt of lightning zapped down and hit the red salamander in its head. '' Scrchh. '' The red salamander winced in pain as it lost the forward momentum. A large hole was created in its head and the smell of burnt flesh reached everyone's nose in a couple of seconds. Not waiting for the red salamander to recover, Jerouch activated one water bullet that shot at Bram. The water bullet hit him in the stomach, and he was sent flying amidst his agonized groan. The other guys who

Katcha! The sound of a pen breaking suddenly resounded in the well-lit study room. '' They came back unscathed? '' asked the man sitting on the stylish wooden chair, his hands banging the rectangular table. '' Y-yes, leader,'' answered an old butler, his voice stricken with fear, and his body wouldn't stop shaking. The old butler was in a poor quality grey robe that matched his short grey hair and a long beard that grew down to his chest. As for the leader, he was adorned in a blue robe that felt smooth to the touch. He had short raven hair with a clean-shaven face. His thin eyes further constricted in anger and his light-brown face twisted in displeasure. '' What's the meaning of this? Didn't we settle those crazy hounds? '' his gaze landed on the old butler, demanding an answer. '' I also don't have enough information leader,'' the old butler replied, '' however- ''The leader's eyebrows perked up as the old butler drew closer, unwrapping a letter. The leader received the

The city's library was Jerouch's first target. Even though he had spent approximately two decades in this world, he still knew little about it. He didn't even know where the slave house was, and the only he knew about his birthplace was that it was somewhere close to the royal capital. As for the information regarding warlocks, that too was superficial. After taking a few turns just as Azel described, he eventually got to the end of a street, where he saw the library. The library was two storeys building. It was made from grey mudstones and the roofing came from brown thorny plants. This part of the street was dry and scantly, and it took no genius to realize that people rarely tread this place. Jerouch glanced at the few houses around him before heading forward to the library entrance. Opening the wooden door, Jerouch entered, and the smell of tobacco was what rushed through his nose. The library was not dirty, but it wasn't clean either. one orb sparingly lit the inside. Ho

A tall wall stood erect before Jerouch. It was made of thick stones and a thick arch-like metal gate. There was a tower on top of the gate where the city guards in brown uniforms and rusty breastplates observed the to-and-fro movements of the peopleA muddy ditch, several meters wide, surrounded the bottom of the wall. Only by the small bridge that connected to the gate could someone enter. Unless for those that could fly of course, and as for that, there were cannons that pointed upwards from the top of the wall. Jerouch stood there for a while looking carried away with the structure. He walked with Azel's group as they proceeded forward along with others. The city gate was crowdy and noise came from all directions as people discussed the usuals and the tremor they felt earlier in the day. '' Did you see when the tremor uprooted a large tree? '''' And then bang! '' A man who seemed to be half drunk clapped his hands startling his listeners. '' Could it be a territorial battl
