Rongon, who is the King of the Snake Clan, is a direct descendant of the Basilisk, a race of snakes considered the king of all reptilian creatures.

His unique head, with a skull bump shaped like a crown, made Rongon always look like he was wearing a crown. Although Rongon possesses high spiritual cultivation, few know that the main power of this snake clan king lies in his eyeballs.

There is a legend that anyone who looks directly into the Basilisk's eyes will soon meet their demise.

Therefore, in his daily life, Rongon always wears a thin mask that protects one of his eyeballs. This mask allows him to interact and socialize with other creatures without feeling uncomfortable or disturbed.

However, unfortunately, the deadly ability of the Basilisk's Death Eye is only possessed by one of Rongon's eyeballs, namely his right eye.

This fact became even sadder as time went on, as many of the magical genetic advantages possessed by the Basilisk diminished in Rongon's bloodline. Even so, Ron

Unfortunately for them, their disguises proved ineffective against Sakimoto's keen perception, honed through years of life-and-death situations. As the ancient masters say, "A true brother knows your footsteps in darkness."Iwakiri said listlessly, her feminine voice carrying disappointment like wilted flowers. "Is my disguise not perfect?"Indeed, among the four companions, it was Iwakiri who possessed the weakest skills in the arts of disguise. Her qi had always flowed more naturally toward direct combat than deception."There's no need to be sad," Sakimoto said, his voice softening like spring breeze. "It's just that by staying with you all for so long, I can recognize you in any form!"His eyes crinkled with genuine affection for his companions. "Even from the way you breathe, I can guess your identity even in disguise," he added, attempting to comfort Iwakiri's wounded pride. He then changed the subject with the smoothness of a flowing river changing course. "Let's not dwell on t

  • Silent Assassins.

The know-it-all guard laughed coldly, the sound like ice cracking on a frozen lake. His eyes held the gleam of one who savors the power of forbidden knowledge."No! We're not heading for that damned Silver Filter Continent," he declared with certainty. "We're moving to the Almaria Continent, a foreign land shrouded in mystery!"His voice dropped lower, barely audible even in the silence. "There is something waiting for the King's Son there! Something of great importance that has changed our course."The guard's eyes narrowed suspiciously at the shadows around them. "It remains unknown why our troops are now targeting the Alamria Continent for war, instead of the Silver Screening Continent again!"The shock wasn't limited to Thessul's innocent bodyguard standing below. The two winged figures attached to the ship's loft both grew agitated, their disciplined stillness momentarily broken. They unconsciously shifted position, producing a sound no louder than a falling leaf. Yet in the sile

  • The Secret Voyage to Almaria.

The sky was dark as ink spilled across ancient parchment. The roar of engines from dozens of large spirit ships mixed with the thunderous boom of the dragon cannon, which The Black Gyrdor occasionally fired with devastating precision. The cannon's purpose was sacred - to straighten the group's journey to the distant lands of Westernia, clearing their path of any aerial creatures that might dare obstruct their grand purpose. The rearmost Titanium Spirit Ship gleamed coldly under the moonlight, its metal hull reflecting starlight like the scales of a celestial dragon. Guards patrolled its decks with unwavering vigilance, their armor clinking softly against the metal flooring. The sentinels moved in perfect formation, their eyes sharp as hawks hunting prey. Just as one group passed by, another followed with military precision, their hands never straying far from the hilts of their spirit-infused weapons. They appeared at every hallway and corner of the seemingly insignificant passages on

Even his face changed as if he had become another person. The features shifted and reformed, cheekbones rising and jaw widening to approximate Thessul physiognomy.Even now Mizusawa looks like he has small horns - not big like the two Thessul races earlier. The protrusions emerged from his forehead, the final touch to complete his disguise. On the handrail of the ship on the lower floor, Mizusawa looked at himself. His reflection in a polished section of metal showed a completely different being than the one who had climbed aboard minutes earlier."A very perfect disguise. I have mastered all the Sunset Sect's disguise techniques in vain!" Pride colored his words, the satisfaction of a master craftsman admiring his own work.He then closed the helmet on his head, making his face incognito. The metal faceplate slid into place with a soft click, completing the transformation from human assassin to Thessul guard.Mizusawa even changed his voice to be lower, to sound similar to the way th

  • The Assassin’s Silent Strike.

Silence and stillness followed. The night seemed to hold its breath, waiting for the next move in this deadly game. When one of Thessul's guards left. He deliberately left behind the sound of clattering feet, the sound of shoes hitting the titanium floor, with the intention of provoking who was behind the stone that was thrown earlier. The footsteps faded gradually, a convincing performance of departure.Suddenly! The moment of action arrived with explosive speed.Mizusawa appeared unexpectedly. He came from the direction of the hull, materializing from the shadows as if born from them.Mizusawa's wings seemingly spread wide, he soared through the air. The appendages caught the moonlight, each feather gleaming with an inner light that momentarily illuminated the scene. His hands formed a thrusting motion, then stabbed forward with two index and middle fingers, looking like a sword stance. The gesture was precise and deadly, fingers rigid as steel and aimed with unerring accuracy.A sw

  • Infiltrating the Titanium Armada.

By then, it was already night. The velvet darkness had settled completely over the ocean, broken only by starlight and the occasional flash of bioluminescent sea creatures far below. The cavalcade of Titanium spirit ships was traveling fast, at a speed tens of times faster than the average spirit ship. Their passage left trails of disturbed qi in the air, glowing faintly before fading into the darkness. The view of the horizon above the Ocean of the Nine Gods now looked extremely eerie. The natural beauty of the night sky was overshadowed by the unnatural procession that cut through it.Bathed in moonlight and stars, the cavalcade of Titanium ships moved very quickly towards the West. The silver light caught on their metal hulls, creating an otherworldly glow that marked their passage through the night. They looked like a group of huge celestial beings marching through the sky. Their massive forms blotted out the stars behind them, creating moving voids in the tapestry of the night.T
