A Stranger in the Bar

Tony and Jade were in a taxi heading home.

The taxi cruised calmly through the quiet night.

Outside, it was raining. Just a light drizzle.

Jade and Tony held hands while each gazed out the window.

Actually, Jade could have gone home with her father and the others. But Tony couldn't join them. Their family car couldn't fit five adults.

So Jade decided to take a taxi home, accompanying Tony.

Earlier that afternoon, Tony had indeed arrived at the Robertson family residence in a luxury car, but he had already returned it to its owner.
