Chapter Fourteen

“I am good,” Herbert Halloway retorted and smiled.

Jamy was at the entrance seeking to speak with him. One of Sophia’s lady came to inform him and he knew that it must be something important. He told them to grant him access and he entered whispering into his ear. Jamy wasn’t aware that Herbert Halloway’s initial meeting with Mr Pius had been agreed on the following day, that was what brought him in when he remember he jotted it down.

“Oh, that? I have postpone it. We will be meeting tomorrow,” Herbert Halloway said.
