284. The Unforgettable Past

Dean was at his parents' house. Because his parents decided to live in the United States, the house was his. He was at the dining table, enjoying his breakfast.

While he was spreading peanut butter on his bread, a maid suddenly came to him.

"Good morning, master," said the maid with a little bow.

"What's the matter?" Dean responded.

"Mr. Rexa has just arrived, sir."

Dean gasped. What's more, his father just moved to the United States a few days ago. Why did he suddenly fly to New Zealand?

“He is here?”

"Yes sir. He—" Before the maid had finished her words, Rexa's arrival diverted their gaze.

“Father.” Dean immediately got up from his seat.

“No need to be surprised. I flew here suddenly because I had business to finish," said Rexa as he poured juice into his glass and then drank it.

“I've handled everything, Father. So I don't think you need to come here suddenly like this," replied Dean, crossing his arms over his stomach.
