Vars then swiftly went inside as Ruff prepared a room for Rin. Till then, Vars had been holding him in his arms.

Ruff was happy to see Vars doing so much but he too wanted some opportunity to do the same.

A grand room was prepared only for Rin and after leaving him on the bed, Vars came downstairs to discuss with Ruff and the maids.

They all gathered around the couch where Vars sat in his office. The office was large enough to accommodate all the maids and other workers.

“The one I brought today, he is none other than our master.”

“This mansion, in fact, we all belong to him so whatever he says, you must do it.”

“Treat him properly and with patience and no matter what, never be rude to him.”, when he mentioned all this, he was giving off a little killing intent.

“We will depart to Werewoll in 3 days but until then, I hope no one makes any mistake that might anger him.”

This meant that he was quite serious regarding this matter.

“Yes Lord!”, they replied in unity.

Right after that, they went back to their work, while Vars and Ruff were the only ones who stayed in the office.

“Ruff, he is a pitiful child.”, Vars said.

“Lord, what do you mean by that?”, Ruff asked.

“When I met him, I could sense from his feeble aura that he was quite hurt.”

“It seems like he was bullied a lot.”

“He doesn’t even know about his parents which means he had been living on his own with the little property that his parents left.”

“And his brother, he has no info on him either.”, Vars pitied him.

“But can’t you tell him about his parents, Lord?”, Ruff asked.

“Sigh, do you think I should inform him about the death of his parents?”, he asked.

“…”

Both of them became quiet. Without even telling anything they knew the answer to the question.

Rin was already weak and if such a piece of information was revealed to him, then he might suffer from a strong mental shock.

They couldn’t bear to see him suffer that way, however, they couldn’t keep the news from reaching him either.

“Yes. I think it is better to reveal to him at the right time.”, was what Vars decided.

“I forgot to mention about this to the maids. Go and tell them to never open their mouths regarding this matter in front of the young master.”, Vars instructed Ruff right after which Ruff left the room to inform the maids and the workers.

‘Sigh, now I have to take him back to the Werewoll-Castle.’

‘Since there was no one to sit on the throne, there were a lot of vultures that had their eyes on it.’

‘But now that there is a successor, there would be no problem.’

So who exactly was Rin? Was he a random normal human? – The answer was Yes!

He is indeed a normal human, his father being the previous King of the Werewolves and his mother being a normal human.

While it is true that he should be a half-werewolf, surprisingly that didn’t happen and there were 2 reasons for that.

First – the werewolves or other Inhumans were no different than humans in their normal form. They would look exactly like humans and everything in their body would be similar to that of a human. Thus, when an inhuman in his human form, mate a human, a human baby is born. But of course, that human baby is capable of storing and using mana.

Two – his mother had divine-healing blood which removed all the impure werewolf-related impurities which ended up making him a pure human!

But her blood couldn't remove the werewolf-related powers that he received from his father.

Yes, so in conclusion, he was a human with the blood of a Royal werewolf and had powers of both humans and werewolves.

Due to this very reason, the Grimoire responded to him. Of course, he was chosen as the master of the grimoire solely because of his innocence and superb judgment and reasoning skills.

‘But the only problem is them…’

‘As soon as they find out that we have found the lost prince, they would do everything in their power to assassinate him.’, there were a lot of things that Vars was thinking about.

‘Well, for now, I hope he wakes up soon.’

‘I have to explain to him everything about the secrets of the world and the Grimoire wielders.’

.

.

.

“Remember, you are the only one who can save this world.”

“You the only one who can unite everyone.”

“You are indeed worthy of this Grimoire and Crest.”

“Never doubt yourself.”, a deep male voice similar to the one who asked for trial said all these things to Rin while he was asleep.

“Who…”

“Who are you?”, Rin asked.

“I am…”

And that was all that Rin could hear. He woke up from his sleep right after that.

“Uh…”

“What was that…?”

“A dream…?”

*blink blink*

Rin woke up and sat upright on the bed. He was a bit confused because of his surrounding.

‘Where am I?’

‘What is this place?’

When he placed his hands on the bed, he felt that they were too fluffy as if they were clouds or some cotton candy.

‘Wow, these are soft.’

He then looked at here and there only to find things made up of gold. Moreover, the floor had red carpet all over which looked quite expensive.

*gulp*

He wasn’t too sure about his situation and wanted to know when suddenly, someone knocked at the door.

*knock knock*

When he heard someone knock on the door, he immediately lay down and pretended to be asleep.

“Pardon me young master, but I will be coming in.”, a maid with blonde hair said this and entered the room.

She then walked towards Rin and placed her hand on top of his head while murmuring, “Pardon me.”

She was checking his temperature to see if he had a fever or something. Fortunately, he was fine.

Another maid entered the room at the same time while asking for permission.

“May!”

“What do you think?”

“Is young master fine?”, she asked.

The maid right now had black hair and a good figure just like May, but she seemed to have some frickles all over her cheeks.

“Lala, he doesn’t have any fever.”, May replied.

“Thank God…”, Lala sighed.

“But…”

“But? But what?”, Lala asked.

“I can’t believe that young master was hurt so badly.”, May said.

“There were some minute fractures in his ribs and skull.”

Lala knew, after hearing Vars and Ruff talk secretly, that he would have gotten some injures, but she never knew that he was hurt that badly.

“Can’t you heal him with your powers, May?”, Lala asked.

“I think I can but I need Lord Vars’ permission to use my Grimoire.”, she said.

‘Huh? Use her Grimoire to heal me?’

‘I thought she was a doctor but is she some cosplayer?’, Rin opened his eyes slightly to see her wearing a maid outfit and spouting nonsense.

‘Grimoire…?’

‘I wonder if the Grimoire talk is indeed true.’, Rin asked himself.

“I will ask the Lord and be right back.”, Lala left almost immediately and after placing the curtains on the couch which she brought while entering.

She returned just after a few minutes all along which May kept checking where Rin had got hurt.

“What did the Lord say?”, May asked.

“He said and I quote – Is that something that you should be asking me? Of course, use your powers and do everything you can to heal young master!”, Lala said.

“Ah, Lord might be furious.”, right after saying this, she lifted her right arm and closed her eyes.

Right after that, she opened her eyes which started to glow with a green light, and then suddenly, a book glowing with a similar green light appeared.

“Heal.”, that was all she said after holding the Grimoire.

Right after that, Rin was covered with green light and his injuries started to heal slowly.

After killing multiple black-clad individuals, Reynold appeared before Emma as he heavily panted for air. "Huff…yes, thanks" Similarly gasping for breath and nodding her head, Emma's eyes darted all over the place as she looked at all of the battles happening around her. "What's going on? where are the professors?" "I don't know" Shaking his head, he looked just as confused as Emma… Logically speaking with everything that was happening around them, the professors would've already come down to help them as they wouldn't stand there and just watch the students die. It had to be noted that a lot of the students here were sons and daughters of very influential figures. Yet with everything going on around them, they still weren't here. That only meant one thing… Thinking that far, he clenched his fists and looked at Emma who seemed to have had the same thought as him. They were on their own… -Woosh! -Woosh! -Woosh! With Emma in his arms, pain flashed across his face as his body trembled uncontrollably. Then, raising his head and staring at the sky, towards the red mass in the far distance, Ren screamed at the top of his lungs. "Haaaaaaaa!" His desperate and pained cry resounded through the whole world. * Inside of a tent, not far from where Ren was. A male stared at the panel displaying the battle that was ensuing. His eyes were devoid of any emotions. There was deep ruthlessness hidden within them. Staring at Reb who was mourning Emma's death, the male did not feel anything. Rather, there was a trace of disgust on his face. Tapping onto his right ear to cut off the communication device, he took his eyes away from the screen. "...How useless." His emotionless voice rang through the room. "You had one job, and one job only. Defeat him, yet, you let such emotions sway you. How many times does this make it?" Deep disappointment flashed across his eyes as he stared at a small flask in his
