Jian Zhang's eyelids opened. The figure of a shady-faced and gentle woman was sitting next to him.

"Are you awake?" Her sweet voice asked. Jiao Zhang felt movement from her brother's body. She thought Jian Zhang must have woken up.

"I've also prepared your favorite dish. Do you still like the savory lotus cookies?"

"Of course, I really liked it to this point." Jian Zhang lied.

Human food tasted like dishwashing sponge in Jian Zhang's mouth. But he had never tried lotus cookies. Would the taste be any different?
