"Take a look at this resume," Eduard said when Ryan came near him. He handed the piece of paper to his assistant.

"Isn't she already working here?"

Ryan's eyebrows knitted together as he looked at the photo intently. He was trying to recall the woman's face. It didn't take long and he nodded his head.

"You're right, sir."

"I think she's the receptionist. Why is her resume still here?"

"I am not sure but that can be a mistake. Let me ask the Human resource department."

"Please," Eduard said and he put Abby's resume at the top of his table.

Ryan made a phone call and Eduard was just listening to his assistant as he was speaking to the Human Resource department.

If it was really a mistake, he could see that he had to review the other department's process as well. It was a small mistake but impacting.

What if they contacted a person who was already an employee? Wasn't that embarrassing? Their system would really be questioned if that happened.
