Teaming Up

Detective Jason stood with a group of armed police officers at the edge of the forest. Armored cars and patrol cars were parked everywhere. Forensics roamed around with files.

“Here's all we found.” One of the forensics said and handed over a document to Jason. He took the document with the stacks of photos of the escaped prisoners.

He first looked at a photo of Jones' face, trailing it down to his body.

“An Architect, right?” He asked and Officer Alex, who was beside him, nodded affirmatively.

“Why is the occupation showing unemployed? He is supposed to be working for different companies and such people ain't expect to take bad turns accidentally. Hmmm,” He peered through his sunglasses at a photo of Jones' body tentatively.

After staring for long and getting no glimpse of anything, he sighed and ordered the FBI unit to set a perimeter, so that Jones and the other prisoners couldn't elude the arrest, since he believed they were still in the forest.
