Harvey and Jordan walk out of the police station. James Rocks' arrest happened so quickly, even with just Jordan showing his face. Jordan still glances at Harvey, hoping that Harvey is satisfied with what he has just done. Harvey just stayed silent with a calm face.
Jordan looked at his cell phone. A report came to him. “Mr. Harvey, a gift has been delivered to Andreas Brown. A love letter from the police.” Jordan grinned. Commander Piers was more dexterous than Jordan had expected. Harvey kept walking casually. He nodded slowly. “Good. The man needs to feel a little tension.” Jordan agreed with Hervey's words. As a person under a general, he knew very well the consequences of doing the wrong thing in front of a legend like Harvey. Of course someone like Andreas Brown would have a miserable life ahead of him. Having an affair with the general's wife is certainly not a light sin. At the Brown family residence, Andreas panicked when two men in police uniforms came to his house. The two policemen handed him a letter. With a pale face, he immediately went to his father. “Papa! Look at this, how could this happen?” Andreas showed the letter to Johan Brown, his father. His father, who was eating breakfast, immediately stood up from his seat. Johan glared at the contents of the letter. It contained a criminal charge against Andreas. “What is this? How did this letter get here? Andreas! Did you do something wrong?” Andreas furrowed his brow. “Of course not, Papa! I didn't do anything wrong.” Johan was silent for a moment. His eyes narrowed slightly at the sight of his son. Over the past few years Andreas had indeed held several projects belonging to the Brown family company, but that didn't seem to be the case. Andreas had always played it clean. Johan caught his breath. “Do you have a problem with anyone else? There are bad people doing this.” Andreas looked down to his left while frowning. “The only one I have a problem with is Harvey. Whitley's ex-husband.” Johan was silent. He raised one eyebrow. Andreas raised his gaze and looked back at Johan. “But there's no way that Harvey did it. He's just a poor man. He doesn't even have money to take a taxi.” Johan threw the letter on the table. “Then who made trouble with you?” Andreas shook his head. “No idea, Papa.” Johan exhaled. His forehead furrowed as he thought. “You take it easy, Andreas. Everything will be fine. Your uncle is a man with a strong position in the military. He should be able to protect you.” Andreas nodded. “All right, Papa. Uncle Cole will definitely beat that man up. I don't want any disturbances at my wedding.” Johan nodded. “You take it easy.” Johan immediately took his cell phone and called Cole Brown, his younger brother. He told the man what had happened. “What? How dare that man do that to Andreas. Take it easy, brother. I'll teach that man a lesson. Your son is like my son. I won't let anyone mess with him!” Cole said this passionately on the phone. Johan smiled and nodded. “I knew I could count on you, Cole. Let me know when you've caught him. I want to teach that guy a lesson before throwing him in jail.” Cole chuckled. “Sure thing, big brother. You can break a few bones later.” After a few days, Harvey wanted to take a walk outside. He was still enjoying himself as an ordinary person, on his own terms. Even in dressing he only used very simple clothes, far from the impression of a General. Harvey was about to retire, so he did not care about what others thought of him for now. His life could now go on as he wished. He had no time to deal with unimportant and annoying things. After all, it was too easy for him to trample on others if Harvey wanted to. Harvey's steps stopped at a sizable building. A jewelry store called Big House Gold. He took a good look at the store. Then he stepped inside without hesitation. The store was quite busy. Several employees were busy serving the customers, mostly women in fancy clothes. Harvey was not interested in the scene. He wanted to do something important here. However, it was there that he heard an unpleasant voice. “Whitley! Look, your stalker is here!” Harvey immediately turned to the source of the voice. It turned out that not far from his side were Whitley and a friend. A beautiful woman with an annoying gaze, Valencia Garth. Valencia folded her arms across her chest. “Isn't he your ex-husband, Whitley?” Whitley clicked her tongue while wearing a disgusted expression. “Don't remind me of my bad memories being this loser's wife. Besides, why are you stalking me, Harvey? Stop being my stalker and accept the fact that you're just trash to me!” Harvey only looked into Whitley's eyes for a moment, then ignored her again. “I don't have time to be your stalker. I have business here.” Whitley tilted her head. “What business? That's just your excuse for following me, right? Just so you know, I can report you. Stalkers and losers like you are bound to get into trouble if you keep following me around.” Harvey didn't want to think about it anymore. This woman had already dumped him in the most painful way. There was no point in giving her time. “I'm just going to pick something up. It has nothing to do with you.” Whitley and Valencia immediately laughed when they heard that. Even Valencia gave a very dismissive laugh. “Whitley, did you hear that? Poor people seem to take things in places like this.” Whitley smiled with one lip raised. “Does ‘taking’ mean ‘stealing’, Harvey? Not just a loser and a stalker, but a criminal! This man is completely out of his mind.” Harvey ignored the two women. He walked past them. However, Whitley immediately held him back and pushed him back. The women's eyes were glaring at Harvey. Whitley with a hateful look snorted. “I won't let a stalker like you in this place. You should leave immediately, Harvey. I don't want you anywhere near me.” Valencia waved her palms in dismissal. “Get him out of this place. Waiter! This guy is so annoying. He's a stalker, please kick him out!” Valencia deliberately said it loudly, so several people immediately turned their heads towards them. Not wanting any commotion, a shop assistant ran towards them. A woman with a ponytail who had the name Sarah on her name tag. Sarah immediately grabbed Harvey's hand. “Sir, you can't disturb our customers. Please leave immediately or I will use harsh means.” Sarah's gaze pretty much described how she saw Harvey from the outside. With Harvey's appearance that doesn't look like a rich man, he must have the same thoughts as Whitley and Valencia. Thinking Harvey is a stalker. However, Harvey did not oblige Sarah. He quickly took out his wallet and showed a black card to Sarah. Sarah instantly opened her eyes wide. She immediately let go of Harvey's hand and bowed her head. “I'm sorry, sir. It turns out you are a VVIP member here.” Whitley instantly tilted her head and frowned. “Why are you apologizing? What is it?” Sarah swallowed. “The black card is a sign that this gentleman has access to our safe services. That is, this gentleman has a very valuable item in our store.” Instantly Whitley and Valencia opened their eyes wide. They glanced at Harvey in disbelief. “You're not making this up, waiter. He's just a poor man and a criminal! There's no way he has that kind of access card.” Sarah pointed at the card with both palms. “This is the proof, Miss. He is an important person to us. Mr. Harvey, welcome. Please come in.” Harvey then left the two of them. When he was about to pass Whitley and Valencia, he paused and glanced over. “You should have behaved yourself, Whitley. If you do that, you'll get something you didn't expect.” With a smile, Harvey then walked away. Whitley irritably looked back. She clucked while clenching her fists. “Yuck! That's disgusting!”Latest Chapter

Harvey didn't say a word. He just stood up straight, glancing briefly at Arden. The glance was brief—but it conveyed a lot of unspoken things. Pride. Recognition. And maybe... hope.Harvey's other followers were just as silent. Not a single one spoke up in defense or rebuttal. They didn't need to. Their silence reflected a deep-seated conviction—a belief in the man who had shaped them. They knew exactly how Harvey chose someone to train. It wasn't random. That person had to have great potential—a hidden light that only those sharp enough to see it could recognize. The training Harvey provided was also different from that of ordinary soldiers. His technique of using ki energy was efficient, going straight to the core of power, without any frills. In a much shorter time, his students could exceed limits that many people considered impossible.Even Vanessa Reid—who had only been training under his guidance for three months—had reached a level of power that left experts speechless with di

Sir Kaelan blinked rapidly, trying to process what had just happened. A hesitant smile formed on his lips, but his eyes were filled with resentment that he was trying to hide.He chuckled softly—a sound that sounded more like a desperate mockery.“Arden... why are you babbling such things?”His staff rose slightly, its tip pointing incredulously at the boy.“How much did Harvey pay you to lie like that? Don't tell me you think people here will swallow your nonsense hook, line, and sinker?”Whispers began to creep among the audience like sly snakes. Some of them moved closer to each other, hiding their suspicions behind hands covering their mouths.“Huh? Come to think of it... maybe the kid really was paid,” muttered someone with raised eyebrows.Other audience members nodded quickly, their eyes narrowing as they tried to remember. “Yes... every time he fought in a tournament, there was always something odd. His victories... too coincidental. Too controversial.”The suspicion spread qu

Sir Kaelan turned his gaze to Vanessa. The corners of his lips lifted in a smile that was more like a sneer than a friendly gesture. He walked slowly, his cane tapping the floor in a rhythm that implied a threat.“Miss Vanessa Reid...”His voice sounded as if he were assessing an item that had lost its value.“A megastar whose star is fading because she associates with the wrong crowd.”Vanessa's eyes narrowed slightly, but she remained standing tall.Sir Kaelan moved closer until his breath could be felt in the air between them.“I don't know if you realize it or not,” he continued, tilting his head, "but Harvey Wilder is ruining your image. Especially after the zombie outbreak."He twirled his staff, as if each spin eroded the self-esteem Vanessa was trying to maintain.“If only you didn't have a relationship with this cowardly God of War,” he said emphatically, “you would be shining brightly throughout Kaelvarion.”Sir Kaelan turned his attention back to Harvey. A smug smile lifted

Sharp whispers slipped among the guests of honor as Harvey stopped in the middle of the arena. Piercing glances came from all directions—from officials in fancy suits to young fighters lined up waiting for the ceremony to begin.Their faces hardened, their noses lifted as if smelling something they didn't like.“He shows up at a time like this? Seriously...”A man in a dark blue suit bowed his head slightly, but his gaze was clearly fixed on Harvey with undisguised hatred.“Tsk... look at the way he walks in. As if he still owns this stage.”A noblewoman hissed as she clutched her fan tightly, almost breaking it.“This proves that he is not willing to be replaced. No wonder he never really wanted to give up the seat of the God of War.”The cynical tone of an officer was so loud even though he was whispering.“All this time, he always said it was for the people. Hypocrite!”Words and insults rained down like hail as Harvey and his entourage walked through the crowd. Alex walked closest

Arden took the water bottle from the medic and immediately gulped it down in a few seconds. His throat moved quickly, as if he had just come out of the desert after days without a drop of water. As soon as the bottle fell empty from his grasp, he took a long breath... then let it out slowly.A faint tension appeared on his face.“So... it had to go that far,” he muttered low, just to himself. His eyebrows furrowed slightly—an expression of annoyance not directed at the opponent he had just destroyed...but at something bigger. Something he remembered—and didn't like. The locker room door suddenly opened.Arden immediately turned around; his right foot slightly back, his hands raised alertly. His fighting reflexes kicked in immediately—there was no knock on the door, and that was enough to make him suspicious. But the man who entered raised both palms to chest height, signaling that he had no intention of attacking.“Hey... hey... relax,” he said in a tone that tried to sound lighthea

“How could he take out Crimson Lion's two best fighters?” Sir Kaelan stood up from his seat, his face reddening until the veins in his neck stood out. The tip of his cane struck the VIP marble floor repeatedly, producing sharp thuds that disturbed everyone around him. His gaze seemed to pierce through Arden, who was standing far away in the arena.“That brat...” he muttered angrily. “He has no title! No track record! He's never even participated in an official competition!” His voice rose. “He must be hiding something. This is not normal!”His female assistant hugged the folder tightly to her chest. Cold sweat beaded on her temples as she tried to calm her breathing. Although trembling, she nodded quickly—as if afraid that a second's delay would cause the cane to be aimed at her.“Y-yes, sir! I... I will file a protest immediately.”Her voice was almost drowned out by the roar of the audience, who were still stunned—between disbelief and incomprehension at what they had just witnessed
