Chapter 1

The memories of Xavier, a powerful young man who got the power of the mafia system, go back to his childhood.

Everything was very different from Xavier's current state. Because, for now, everything is under his control.

Power and money have a lot to do with the strength of a mafia leader. And all of that, Xavier has now.

Very different from how he was in the past. At that time, Xavier was a nobody because his situation was very poor.

"Xavier Alonso! Useless kid!"

"Xavier Alonso! Poor boy!"

The cacophony of abuse from the children's mouths after school made the afternoon atmosphere even hotter.

Moreover, the boy who received the taunts and insults could only stay silent and look down without wanting to reply to the taunts and insults he received.

The boy did not want to add to the problem by making fun of them all in return. Because he knows very well how he is. And also knows how his parents are at home.

Xavier is a boy of about eight years old. He lives with his parents in the small town of Eimcester in Salaria.

His family's situation could have been better and more adequate. His father's name was Ajax. A construction labourer who could only work in summer and spring sometimes. Because in the country of Salaria, there are four seasons. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.

In autumn and winter, Ajax could only do work near his home. He would help neighbours who asked for help or help his wife sell food.

Xavier's mother, Emma, was a beautiful woman. However, their circumstances could not emphasise her beauty. But the lines on her face still showed that she was indeed beautiful. Working to help her husband earn money. By selling food in front of the house.

"Xavier is ugly, smelly, filthy!"

The bullying was heard again along the way. And it was done by kids his age too. But they were from among the rich and honourable, not like Xavier's situation.

"Damn it!"

Xavier thought back. He could only curse silently for not having the courage to fight them all.

Thud!!!

Thud!!!

"Ouch!"

His head, famously hit by a rock, was in pain. So Xavier groaned, covering his head with the palm of his meagre hand.

"Hahahaha."

Step! Step! Step!

Xavier could only run to get away from his friends' bullying.

"Mama! Mama!"

Xavier screamed, calling for his mum, when he arrived home. His hands and head were bleeding from the stones thrown by his friends earlier.

"Darling."

Xavier's mother, Emma, came out stumbling. She called out affectionately to her son.

"Why your head and hands?"

Stammering, Xavier told me about the incident he experienced earlier when he got home from school.

It's something that Xavier has been on the receiving end of many times. That is bad treatment from some of his friends who are children of the rich.

"Patience, my dear. You are a smart child. Someday, you will be strong and be able to defeat the bad guys."

His mother's words and wishes were like a prayer for the best. And that was what Xavier had wanted all along.

"Let's clean yourself up. I'll help you treat the wounds on your hands and head."

Such was Xavier's daily life at the primary school near his home. He always got teased and mistreated. But he and his family could only endure in silence. Hoping that one day, Xavier could change his destiny. With his intelligence and intelligence at school.

***

At night, when Xavier was asleep. He seemed to be dreaming in a room with many buttons on a monitor in front of him.

[Welcome, Xavier Alonso]

[You can check in from now on]

Xavier did not immediately spring into action. Moreover, he didn't know what was before him with a voice that suddenly gave orders.

"What does that mean?"

[You can choose the level as you wish]

[Level 1: hitting with the strength of 1 hand]

[Level 2: hitting with the power of 2 hands]

And so on, up to level 10.

[Please start from now]

Xavier, who knew nothing, shook his head quickly. He, who had never been violent, was naturally confused by the system that suddenly came into his dreams.

With a ragged breath, Xavier woke up from his sleep. He felt like the dream was too real.

"What was that? System?" asked Xavier to himself.

***

Days passed, then years until Xavier is now in junior high school.

Xavier is indeed one of the brightest students. So he was able to enter the school using a scholarship. Unfortunately, his friends, who adored his appearance, did not account for his intelligence. Especially fashion clothes. So Xavier remains a marginalised student.

Xavier, who never wore new and expensive clothes, was often teased and talked about. He was also bullied at this school, just like when he was in primary school, which was near his home.

And now, this junior high school was naturally occupied by children from various elementary schools. But that didn't make Xavier intellectually desirable.

"Look at him. His shoes already look like rubbish!" mocked one of the female students, looking at Xavier disgustedly.

"It also smells like a pile of rubbish. Not a school student."

From all the ridicule and bullying he received. Made Xavier determined to go to school in the city of Zlodon. The great city of Salaria gave many dreams to people like him.

According to Xavier, the big city has many answers to the difficulties he has had so far.

Poverty, scorn from those who know them. And also not be considered a human being by human rights.

Xavier wanted to change that fate and his family's situation by attending school in the big city. He felt confident that his cleverness and intelligence could get him into a big school in Zlodon. The city of Xavier's dreams.

Pluck!!!

Smack!!!

Suddenly, a hand hit her stomach and slapped her cheek.

"Ouch."

Xavier was down and in pain. But he was ignored by the people who had assaulted him earlier.

"The eyes are guarded. Why are you glaring at me? You're tired of living!" One of them curses and swears at Xavier. Even though Xavier didn't feel like doing it.

Maybe it was because earlier when Xavier was daydreaming. He didn't pay attention to the situation, at which time a group of gang kids passed by. So he thought Xavier was looking at him.

Coming home under these circumstances was a common occurrence. And her mum, always asking her to remain patient with her prayers and wishes.

Every time this happened at night, Xavier would dream that he was in a room that looked like a monitor. And the number buttons on the screen.
