So someone’s after my life now

When Alfred finally got to the forest, he looked for the same tree and when he found it, then he saw a house not far from it, though it was not the only house there but the rest looked very old and abandoned.

"I wonder why he decided to live in this place", Alfred muttered to himself. He then heard the sound of someone jumping down from his back and he got scared only to realize that it was Jade.

"I've been waiting for you, I knew you'd come. I know you have a lot of questions but before that, I should tell you what I know about the Pixons and why this place is abandoned". Jade said.

'Yes, this place is truly abandoned', Alfred thought to himself while Alex was strangely silent for some reason, not that he was complaining.'This could also be an opportunity to know about the current situation of things'. He also thought to himself.

"Okay, maybe you should start with what happened to the Pixons", Alfred said. "Let's talk about it inside or would you rather stand here cause what I'm about to tell you will take a lot of time", Jade said. "Fine let's talk about it inside", Alfred said with a trace of hesitation in his voice as he still didn't trust Jade fully yet.

When they got inside Jade's house,Jade started telling him about everything.

"Kahn is actually the first dark pix…", Jade was about to start when he was interrupted by Alfred. "Sorry but just explain what happened in the last five hundred years till now, and also about my mother as those are the important things to me right now", Alfred said as he had already heard all about how Kahn became a dark Pixon from Alex.

"Fine if that's what you want", Jade said, though he was surprised that Alfred didn't seem to be interested in the incidents that happened a thousand years ago. He just made a mental note to ask him about it later, he didn't want to put too much pressure on Alfred.

He then told him how most of the Pixons lost hope in defeating Kahn because he had already killed two of their king and one queen who was Alfred's mother.

"Wait three?" Alfred asked in confusion.

"Yes, the Pixons have only had three leaders the first one was Alexander Ferdinand then Leon Ferdinand then also Evangeline Ferdinand who was also your mother", Jade said.

When Alfred heard his mother he felt a pain in his heart and also a sudden rage toward Kahn as he felt like going after him and ripping his heart out. 'Ripping his heart out, I've been thinking About doing that a lot these days', Alfred thought to himself but he pushed it to the back of his head, for now,it wasn't the most important thing to be worried about for now.

But he seems he wasn't the only one who was angry about hearing those deaths as Alex suddenly said 'Leon' and became silent once more but he felt he'd ask him about it later. "You mean he's killed three of your leaders who are supposed to be the strongest…..but he's…not coming after anyone else Right?", Alfred asked as he was a little scared, no not a little, he was very scared that Kahn would come after him very soon.

All he heard from Jade was silence when he then said "Actually he'll also be coming for you because you actually broadcasted your awakening", Jade said.

"What do you mean by I broadcasted my awakening?", Alfred asked surprised. Jade actually had a change of expression as he was surprised as to how Alfred was so ignorant about even the basic Pixon knowledge.

"When you made that roar yesterday you were indirectly telling all Pixons that you're now the new Pixon king as that Is what we call the king's roar", Jade said.

'Yes he's right', Alex said to him though his voice sounded like he was in pain or trying to control his anger rather than the usual playful and carefree tone. As Alfred felt that something was wrong with him.

"So someone is after my life now, so great", he said sarcastically to himself while shaking his head slightly in self-pity.

"And you dropped this", Jade brought out a necklace with a beautiful blue pendant on it. It was the necklace he had been looking for.

"Yeah give me that, I knew I dropped it here", Alfred said as he tried to take the necklace only to see Jade take it away again while saying, "Do you know what this is?"

Alfred was surprised as he said, "The only memory I have of my mother".

"No you're wrong, she has no use for this as it would weaken her. This was meant to be a suppression necklace used to suppress your pixon gene", Jade suddenly said surprising Alfred.
