Chapter Six
"She's at the Whitaker Clubhouse. Let me go!" Desmond screamed. Marcus slowly released him, making sure to control himself. He couldn't believe they had the nerve to take his sister to a club and leave her there. He had initially thought Genevieve divorced him simply because she believed they were no longer on the same level. But after seeing what they had done to his mother and now learning that they had dragged his younger sister into their mess, he realized Genevieve had gone too far. Anita sneered despite the anger on Marcus's face.."You think acting tough will help you just because you spent three years in prison?" she mocked. "There's no way you're going to get your sister back. Someone like you can't even walk through the door of that place without being thrown out." Desmond, despite struggling to breathe properly, still couldn't stop himself from speaking arrogantly. "You don't know who the people from the Wilson Group are. They're beyond someone you could ever provoke. You're no match for them." Marcus simply listened, his fists slowly clenched. The killing intent inside him suddenly exploded. Without hesitation, Marcus lifted his leg and brutally crushed both of Desmond's legs. Desmond collapsed onto the floor and immediately let out a horrifying scream. "Ahhh!" "Mom! Please save me from this bastard! He's going to kill me!" Anita's face instantly changed. "Hey! I'm going to have you arrested for bullying my son!" she screamed. "You're going back to that prison, and you'll rot in there because my son-in-law will make you pay for laying your hands on his brother-in-law!" Marcus didn't even bother responding. He completely ignored her and the continuous screams coming from Desmond. He walked over to his mother, carefully lifted her into his arms, and walked out of the house. The moment Marcus stepped outside, the sound of helicopter blades suddenly filled the sky. An emergency medical helicopter from the Royal Hospital had already arrived. The helicopter landed nearby, and the old man Marcus had spoken to earlier quickly rushed toward him. "Master Marcus, I'm sorry. I thought the situation was extremely serious, so I traced your location and made sure we got here immediately." He gave Marcus a slight bow. Marcus looked at his mother in his arms before turning his attention toward the old man. "You did very well." "Thank you, Master Marcus," the old man replied respectfully. "I'm going to entrust my mother directly to you. Make sure she receives the best treatment possible. I'll be gone for a while, and I'll meet you at the hospital later." "Of course, Master Marcus. Your mother is in safe hands." The old man gladly received her and carefully placed her onto the stretcher prepared for transportation. Before they left, Marcus held his mother's hand tightly. "Mom, you're in safe hands now. Nothing is going to happen to you. I'll join you shortly after I get Jenny back from those people." Despite her weakness, his mother slowly nodded. The old man gave Marcus another respectful bow before heading toward the helicopter with the medical team. Moments later, the helicopter lifted into the sky. Marcus watched it disappear into the distance. He slowly bit his lower lip, his eyes became cold. "Jenny, I'm coming to bring you back." He turned around and heading straight toward the clubhouse. Meanwhile, inside the house, Anita and Desmond remained convinced that Marcus was simply walking toward his own death. They had no idea that Marcus had already arranged the best medical treatment in the city for his mother. All they could think about was the power standing behind Genevieve. Genevieve had already connected herself to the powerful people of the Wilson Group, and with Donald Lionel backing her, Anita believed Marcus had no chance of surviving whatever was waiting for him. "That bastard really thinks he can walk into the Whitaker Clubhouse and bring Jenny back?" Desmond said through gritted teeth, still lying on the floor with his broken legs. Anita sneered. "Let him go. He'll learn his lesson soon enough." She looked toward the direction Marcus had disappeared. "The Whitaker Clubhouse isn't a place someone like him can simply walk into. Once those people find out he has offended them, he'll wish he had stayed in prison." Desmond's expression became vicious. "I can't wait to see him kneeling and begging for forgiveness." Anita laughed coldly. "He deserves it. After all, what does he have now? No family, no money, no status, and no powerful connections." "He's just an arrogant man who hadn't known how far my sister has gone and can't be reached. He'll learn the hard way”Latest Chapter

The Unexpected Encounter
Chapter Ninety-EightGeneral Smith sat inside the military vehicle, his expression growing increasingly serious as he studied the location Marcus had sent him.“Have you found them?” he asked, turning toward one of his men.“We're closing in, General. The vehicle is somewhere in this area, but we're still trying to confirm its exact position.”General Smith frowned. He had dealt with countless dangerous situations during his years in the military, and he knew better than to waste time when someone's life might be at risk.Especially when Marcus Richmond was the one asking for help. “Keep searching. I want every road in this area checked.”“Yes, General!”Smith pulled out his phone and dialed Jenny's number. It rang several times before she finally answered.“Hello?”“Jenny, this is General Smith. Your brother asked me to come and get you. Can you tell me where you are right now?”“General Smith?” Jenny sounded relieved. “Thank goodness you called!”Smith immediately straightened in hi

Chapter Ninety-Seven“Are you coming?”Marcus glanced at the location again. “I'm too far away.” He paused. “So I'm going to get someone there first.”The man quickly replied, “Alright.”“Keep your phone on.”“I will.”Marcus ended the call. For several seconds, he stood motionless. His sister was somewhere far away with a man she had known for only two days, and someone was following them. That alone was enough to make his instincts scream.“Boss.”Jerry's voice came through the earpiece. “I've located them.”Marcus looked down at his phone. “Where?”Jerry gave him the location. Marcus's expression became colder. “How far are they from us?”“Quite far.”Marcus nodded. “Can you keep tracking their movement?”“Yes. I've already locked onto the phone's location.”“Good.”Marcus immediately began walking toward the elevator. “Keep monitoring them.”“I will.” He pressed the button, and the elevator doors opened. Marcus stepped inside.“Boss, what are you planning to do?”“Get someone ther

Chapter Ninety-Six — The PursuitMarcus immediately answered. “Jenny? What happened?”For a moment, there was only the sound of her breathing. Then her trembling voice came through. “Marcus, you have to help me.”Marcus's expression changed instantly. “What happened?”“I'm scared.”His grip tightened around the phone. “Jenny, calm down and tell me exactly what happened.”“We left the hospital.”Marcus's eyes narrowed. “Why?”“I was with some friends. Mom is still in the VIP ward, so we went out to get something.”Marcus's expression darkened. “You left the hospital?”“Yes, but—” Jenny's voice suddenly dropped. “I think someone is following us.”Marcus immediately stood up, his chair scraping against the floor. “What?”“I don't know who they are,” Jenny said nervously. “But we've seen the same car several times since we left. Whenever we change direction, it keeps appearing behind us.”Marcus's eyes turned cold. “Where are you now?”“I don't know exactly.”“Then give the phone to whoev
The Underground Library
Chapter Ninety-Five The elevator continued descending for several seconds. Marcus stood quietly inside, his eyes fixed on the numbers above the door as they changed. The deeper he went, the more unusual the place became. This was no longer an ordinary section of the facility. When the elevator finally stopped, a soft chime sounded and the doors slowly slid open. Marcus stepped out and immediately noticed the difference. The place looked nothing like the luxurious sections above. There were no gold displays or expensive decorations. Instead, the entire area was quiet and heavily secured, with a long corridor stretching ahead of him.Marcus glanced around before walking forward. After a few steps, he reached another door, which slid open automatically. He stepped inside and stopped. His eyes widened slightly. The room was enormous. It looked like an underground library, with thousands of files and documents arranged neatly on shelves that covered almost every wall. Several computers, f

Chapter Ninety-FourBefore the punch could land, Marcus quickly dodged to the side and caught the man's hand in midair.“Are you okay, boss?” Jerry asked curiously through the earpiece.Marcus cleared his throat and released the man's hand.“Bravo,” the man said with an impressed look. “You seem to be very skilled.”The system suddenly activated.[Unknown man. No information about him found on the internet. Unable to dig into his background.]The system stopped.Marcus remained calm. “I’m not that skilled,” he replied casually.“You’re not that skilled, yet you just caught that punch?” one of the security men said with disbelief. “Not even our most trained security personnel have ever defeated Mr. Krabs.”Marcus blinked.Krabs? What kind of name is that?“Since you think you’re not skilled enough, then let’s have a little display at the top of the roof,” Krabs said with a grin.Marcus almost couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had come here for a purpose, and now this man wanted
