CHAPTER -9 Clashes

Damien looked around, he made sure no one was in sight. Just him and the guardians. He smirked. He was about to kick some asses.

The guardians were all masked so he couldn't recognise who they truly were. There was no hope of knowing where they came from.

The first guardian jumped from the back aiming to hit Damien with his iron rod.

Damien bent sideways, grabbed his hand, twisted it to the back and gave him a head knock. 

Two guardians came up holding long irons, Damien dodged all their hits easily. He used a nearby wood to smash their heads, they were left groaning on the Lilyoor.

Three guardians came at once. He stood calm and just practiced the eagle move he was taught, part of the strange exercises the man at the hospital taught him.

They all missed their shots and fell on each other. Damien picked two up by their hair and used his leg to kick the third one, throwing the two on his hands where he pleased.

He was left with one, which seemed like the head of guardians. He caught him by the neck and squashed it a little, the man was choking on his breath.

He smirked.What the old man taught him wasn't a waste after all. He learnt all agent fighting skills in a short period of time. This was his first fight, and it was great.

His successes so far were all to the old man. He had finally understood what the man said about taking up his purpose for his life.

He was done with them. Lily!!

He ran trying to catch up with Alexia and Lily. As he ran, another black SUV rushed him. He smiled knowingly.

The men in the SUV were the ones responsible for the tragic accident that happened to Lily that almost cost her life.

He got really mad and furious, how dare they stop him now. He rushed at the SUV. The driver saw Damien furious and tried to reverse out of fear. Damien ran with full force until the car came to a halt.

Before Danien reached the car, he sighted something that made him retrace his steps.

He saw Alexia struggling to maneuver the car past a guardian. He went towards them leaving the black SUV there. His priority now was to get Lily to the hospital, and not dealing with corrupt officials.

The guardian, upon seeing Damien Lilyed away. Damien got to the car and saw Lily's face getting paler every minute. He was scared that she would die. He decided to take the wheels.

"Out," he ordered Alexia, she went to support Lily's unconscious body at the back while Damien took the wheels. 

Driving like a madman to the hospital to save his wife's life. He must save her, he had too!

Anonymous POV.

The car came to a halt. The driver brought the car back to balance with shaky hands. He wondered who the crazy guy was ?

"Who is that crazy guy?!!" A man asked from the back of the car.

"I d-o-n-'-t . . . k-n-o-w sir, I have never seen him before. He looks like a psycho patient," the driver replied, petrified.

The man commanded authority and won't spare you for going against him.

"His identity is not important, what is important is locating him and dealing with him," another man retorted angrily.

"I wonder why they let psycho's roam around the town, don't they have a hospital for them," The first man said. "It is not safe for the inhabitants,"

"Um Mayor, I think we should visit the psycho home and Sue them for negligence of duty," The second man advised.

"Duly noted Cowell, how was the last operation?" The Mayor asked suddenly.

"The information we got wasn't accurate there wasn't any treasure hidden in the family," Cowell replied

"So?"

"W-e killed everyone in the house,"

"How sure are you?"

"Well, except their psycho son who is really in a deranged state of mind."

"Who is he?"

"I know him that much, I can't even recognize his facial features," he answered. "But he is tall and well built which is surprising for a mental deranged person"

"Such a disaster, you do know how to do these things Cowell. I'm impressed!"

"Thank you Mayor,"

"On my opinion, I think you should kill the WHOLE family,"

"That implies killing their psycho son,"

"Exactly, to blot out all evidences on our part,"

"My instincts tells me that crazy guy, has more than meets the eye than what we are are seeing."

"This is a small villa, we would run into each other again."

"You got that."
