"You got the wrong person ma'am.” Spence said in a disbelieving tone. Selena smiled warmly at him, she could see the child she knew in him despite the grown up exterior.

"DNA test doesn't lie.” Selena assured him.

"You are mistaken,I have a family, my sweet mother who wasn't even anywhere close to being a billionaire.” he said and chuckled inwardly.

"Zillionaire brother, you are a zillionaire now.” Selena said optimistically

Spence rolled his eyes, the nagging woman seems not to be ready to listen to him

"How long was I out?" Spence asked ignoring her Zillionaire dumb story

" Six hours.” Selena simply responded.

"We lost you in an amusement park, your real name is Ryan Hale, our parents tried to locate you but to no avail, not until I watched the boring commercial of that dimwit Gray's Golden Fingers, I saw father's birthmark on you, I decided to look for you and viola! here we are.” she concluded.

"Why exactly did you find me now?" Spence asked puzzled by her one sided story

"Because I want to return what was rightfully yours.”

You see, I was adopted, you were the Hale ' s true bloodline and moreover I will be dying soon.

“I am in my third stage of cancer, it has been tough hiding it you see.” Selena said non challantly as if her dying was no big deal.

Spence was taken aback, he didn't know if to accept or reject such honor. Confusion engulfed him as his mother had shown him from his baby pictures to his early adulthood.

"It doesn't make sense, I saw my childhood memories in the photo books.” he said with a confused tone.

"She is right son, you are a cheobal heir.” Mrs Wellington interjected entering the room without knocking.

"Mum!" Spence said and stood up from the bedside to hover around his mother.

" I found you in a deserted alley, you were about three years old.” Mrs Wellington began.

"I just lost my son who was the same age as you so I adopted you to reduce my sorrowful heart and eventually I fell in love with the substitute son and he became real to me." she cried bitterly

"Those baby pictures were not yours, they were my late son's , your life with me started at three years old.” Mrs Wellington confessed.

Spence was apprehended, he had a mixed feeling he couldn't process properly. He was a Zillionaire heir, DNA had proved that. He took the DNA file and hurriedly read through it,to his amazement , he had been 99% compatible with Mr Pete Hale, who was the previous CEO of Zillow Jade.

He knew that much because his friend had tried to apply for job at the company for four years and everytime he kept falling short of their expectations. Spence liked his new name, his real name. This was going to change everything, his mirage he had been living in for three years before she dumped him mercilessly.

Mrs Wellington excused herself to attend to a client leaving Spence with his newly reunited sister.

"Ryan do you mind a tour of the mansion?" Selena offered.

"I will be pleased to." Spence quickly said ,he was curious to know the full extent of what the abode of a Zillionaire looks like.

Spence's jaw dropped as they climbed down the first narrow staircase, everything in the house screams wealth. A raw gold stature even sat innocently on one of the shelves in the house,

To his displeasure, the whole house was surrounded by bodyguards, they all bowed in respect when they saw him with Selena, she had briefed them on the new development.

The kidnap victim was the long sought-after lost heir.

"What about your parents?" Spence asked curiously

"Our parents you mean, anyway our mother died ten years ago from a plane crash and our father has been bedridden for two years. " Selena honestly recounted it all.

Her painful emotions written clearly on her smiling face.

"He will be so happy to see you." she said dreamingly

His phone chimed and he checked his message, his expression darkened showing pent up anger, disgust. Maya had mailed the divorce letter to him,he had just received the notification indicated by his mail.

She had also attached that he should come and pack his stuffs the next day as she knows he was penniless so he needs clothes at least not to appear butt naked and mad. Selena noticed the shift in his mood but she didn't let out her curiosity. Because she already heard about his misfortune from Mrs Wellington.

"Was she that pretty?" Selena asked out of the blue

"Who?" Spence asked

" Your ex-wife" Selena asked innocently.

Spence did not answer her, he felt uncomfortable with the question. Maya had always been every man's dream beauty queen, he felt lucky she was his but now she choose greed over their love.

Selena took the clue and kept her curiosity at bay, she didn't further question him. They walked to the back of the mansion where an exquisite swimming pool was. Spence felt the urge to dive into the cold water but he had to resist the urge.

"Let us go and see father tomorrow." Selena offered.

Spence nooded in affirmation and he turned to face Selena

"When you said you were dying, was it true?" he asked curiously.

Selena didn't respond, she removed her wig to show him her balding hair. She had been enduring chemotherapy to live longer so she is in tune with her body and she knew her time was limited.

Spence felt genuine concern,he just met her but he can imagine how much of a caring sister she was. They were still strolling when the chief security of the mansion caught up to them, bowed and showed a breaking news to Selena.

"It is done ma'am" he said.

Selena smiled in satisfaction, the first step had been successfully executed. She was going to make sure Spence takes over before she breathes her last. She had sent a copy of the DNA result to a very famous blogger and the breaking news is out

“Ryan Hale the long lost heir to Zillow Jade has been found.”

Selena passed the tablet to Spence, his eyes widened and reality dawned on him, he was truly born wealthy. Even way above his ex in-laws league ,not even Golden Fingers can measure up to his new found wealth.

He was lost in thought that he didn't know Selena was already loosing her balance. She fell into the swimming pool and the chief security who stood a mile away dived into the water to save her.
