"After you guys attack. I'll try to protect Sophia while leading Morris on. A few of you would join me in attacking him then." Derek continued. "His men would be distracted by the sudden attack, I'll use that chance to get Sophia to safety."

"What if struggle ensues between you and the person holding her hostage?" Benson asked an obvious question.

"That will be in your hands, Benson. Immediately after leading your men in, locate Sophia first from a place of hiding. You should be able to kill the man holding her hostage with our special submachine gun." Derek rubbed his chin in thought.

If the plan proceeded that way, this meant he was willing to place Sophia's safety in Benson's hands.

Derek tried to push every thought of her getting hurt away.

There was no other way they could approach it. He would be so busy with getting Morris down that he might not be able to look out properly for her.
