"Mom, he's dead." Laila gasped over the phone as soon as Monalisa Gavita picked up the call.

"Did you do what I asked you to do?" Monalisa asked immediately.

"No Mom, I didn't even poison him anymore. I just woke up this morning and found him dead" it's true that Laila did not get the chance to poison Grandpa Alberto before he gave up the ghost.

But he can deny the fact that Mariah saw her earlier putting something in Grandpa's drink. But she dare not tell her mother, Monalisa warned her severally not to mess up their plans. Fortunately she didn't have to poison the old man anymore so it's a win win situation. Or so she thought.
