The Thugs!

    °The Apex City Guards [ACG] base°

    Unknown Room, 1:45pm.

    11 humans were seen in a large room; four ladies, seven men including Dr. Wilson. They were sitting on different couches which were surrounding a rectangular table. They gripped glasses of juice and were sipping it bit by bit into their stomach. They were the ACG-Apex City Guards.

    “Like I was saying!” Jerry speaks “I am tired of the ACG of a thing!” He said as he Stomps silence from the room.

    “Yeah I'm even tired!” Captain Maxwell supported and gave a loud sigh.

    “But why?” The remaining chorused!

    Jerry raised a brow and sipped from his juice, “I said I'm tired, finish!” He said.

    “But the government is paying you all handsomely.” Dr Wilson said. He was surprised to their words. 

    “If we die in this ACG of a thing, we can't eat the money they are paying us handsomely!”  Captain Maxwell said almost immediately Dr Wilson finished speaking.

    “Then do you want...” a lady among them was unable to complete her speech by another lady who instantly cheeped in “Everyone listen! This game is a risky game. If we stop the ACG, the City will be in danger again, and if we continue fighting, I don't think we will all survive one day.” The lady snaps. “DeathWood is like the Underworld, let me just break it to you all! I'm sick and tired of the ACG of a thing! I am leaving!”

    Dr. Wilson gave a sigh, while the rest were just looking. “If it's so, I will have to speak with the Governor!” Dr Wilson maundered.

    “Pls do!” Another Female said.

    Dr Wilson had no choice than to accept their request. He gave a sigh of relief, wondering what came up into the ACG’s heads. “Are they drunk?” He asked himself in his mind...

    “This reminds me, Have you heard of Steel Man?” One of the lady brought another conversation, as silence was about to invade the room.

    “Steel Man? Who's that?” Jerry asked, trying to pretend as if he didn't know what she was talking about.

    “He is a Superhero here in Apex City.” The lady replied, and everyone sat properly to know the Steel Man. “Tell Us about him” Jerry verbalized.

    “Okay!” The lady cleared her throat and began the explanation... “On a saturday evening, i was watching the ACTV news, and i watched them broadcasting about our neighboring City, Arixon. Everything was damaged to it's peak!” She paused.

    “Yeah, I watched that too!”, “that was really terrible!” “Who did that terrible thing?” They all said.

    The Lady continues “I heard people saying they have seen Steel Man lively. I saw some pictures and videos of The Steel Man in their cellphones. Guess where they saw him?” She enquired.

    “Where?” They Chorused.

    “In Xan Asphalt, he was with the Cops there!” She replied.

    “I don't believe!! It's not real... Just a trick they played on you guys!” Dr Wilson said

    “Damn! I don't believe that shit too!” Jerry and Captain Maxwell chorused, and everyone was surprised as they both gaze at their selves. “we chorused?” They chorused again and this time it was really an astonishing thing.

    “Damn it!” Jerry  said and hit the couch and they all burst into loud laughters...

    °Unknown Building, 7:56pm°

    A door opened and two muscler men walked out of it, they were holding bags filled with enough money, they're hanging it on their shouldering as they walked fastly to the nearby window.

    “Mission Accomplished! I'm going to the Grand Bar, tonight!” One of then said as he gave a wide and an annoying smile.

    “Moron! Will you shut the f**k and jump!” The other ranted angrily.

    And immediately a voice was heard at their side. “Nope, why did he have to jump?” They both turned only for them to found Steel Man, he was actually hanging in the air. His cape and hair was dancing to the rhythm of the had breeze.

    “Damn it! Not again!” The men Chorused and tried to jump away through the opened window right before them. “Hey Chill!” Steel Man said and in a blink of an eye, he was standing right in front of them. “Too late” he said.

    Then he landed two straight pokes at their face each in speed, an unresisting attack that took them to the floor and made them turned unconscious.

    “Easy!” Steel Man said and flew away.

    °BlackList Tower°

    Meanwhile... In a room a man was sitting on a couch in front of a table, a laptop was at his front, actually displaying the scene of Steel Man where he turned the men unconscious via his pokes.

    “Close it!” The Man commanded a man standing at his front, and without resisting the order, the man obeyed and closed the laptop.

    “So the Steel Man is real! Well I have seen enough!” He said snapping his fingers. “I will deal with him mercilessly”

    

    °2 days later, Jerry’s House°

    7:26am.

    Jerry was seen in his room, he just finished dressing, he went to the wardrobe and brought out his cross bag. He wore it and walked out of the room before banging the door closed.

    “Thank God Today is another day!” he uttered as he walked downstairs. He found no one, “She must be in the Kitchen, I know!” He said and headed to the kitchen.

    “Hey darling!” He called out to Mary, who was busy washing the dirty dishes. “You ready!” She asked and turned to Jerry who had walked closer to her.

    “Yes I'm ready! I prayed I get a better job!” Jerry replied and was set to leave. 

    “It’s fine! You will get a better job, and be careful dear!” Mary replied and Jerry walked away. “Yes darling!” He replied.
