The man in a suit turned his fist into that of a diamond and jumped at her who was sleeping on the couch.

His punch was aimed at her face, but at the last second, Ria’s hand moved and caught the fist.

Ria opened her eyes and coldly glared at him. “Who the hell…. Are you looking for death?”

“I’m here to check your worth,” he said, smirking.

“My worth?” Ria didn’t like the sound of it. “And who are you to do that?”

“Do we need a reason for a man to want to find out if a woman is worthy of him?” he shrugged his shoulders. “It’s a natural instinct, you know, the process of looking for a mate. I came here with a bit of an expectation, but seeing you up close, you haven’t
