2. Suddenly Rich

There was a game with pictures of houses in different colors. Mark's task was to match the colors until all the houses disappeared within a set time limit on the screen. Mark immediately began his actions with his index finger. When everything was done, the screen showed a loading bar until it reached 100%.

[Ding! Congratulations, you've completed your first mission. Check the W******p app to reply to someone's message.]

Mark quickly returned to the home menu and searched for the W******p app. Apparently, his new phone was equipped with various social media. Mark was amazed by the wonders of the system. He felt like he no longer needed his old phone. He was truly delighted and read a message from someone whose contact was saved as 'Archelmy Regency.'

Archelmy Regency: Good afternoon, Mr. Mark Starlight, is this your W******p number? I have all your data and your payment proof for Archelmy Regency housing. I just want to confirm that this is indeed you, so I can schedule the key handover for the house, along with the certificate and other documents.

Mark's eyes widened in surprise as he read the message. With trembling hands, he started typing a response.

Mark Starlight: Yes, that's correct. I can do it today for the house key handover because I want to move in as soon as possible.

Shortly after, there was a notification from the same number, sharing a location. Mark quickly grabbed his jacket and glanced around the room. "Should I move in today?" Mark murmured to himself.

This idea prompted Mark to grab his backpack. He took some good, wearable clothes, leaving behind the rest. He then placed a safe into his reasonably large backpack, which surprisingly fit. Mark smiled thinly. He didn't have any other valuable belongings. He had even left his motorcycle on campus. Later, he would instruct someone to retrieve the motorcycle and pay them for it. Having a lot of money really allowed him to do anything.

"Mark, where are you taking that big backpack?" Della asked from outside, having been caught taking photos with Mark's new car, but Mark didn't reprimand her. It didn't bother him.

"Sorry, Ma'am. I'm moving. This is for the contract key, and I've transferred the payment for this month. I intentionally left the remaining items inside, and perhaps you can sell them. Thank you for helping me all this time," Mark said, showing the proof of rent payment he had just transferred to Della's account.

Della's face showed disbelief. She looked at Mark, and the amount of money he had transferred exceeded a million. "Wow, Mark? Are you serious with this amount? Are you mocking me?" Della looked upset and suspicious of Mark. She knew that Mark's job couldn't make that much money, so how could he pay such an amount in the first week of the month?

Mark opened one of his car doors and got in without entering it completely. He looked at Della with a raised eyebrow. "That's my way of saying thank you to you, Ma'am, for letting me stay here despite being late with rent payments. Thank you, and goodbye."

Mark immediately got into the car and locked it from the inside. He heard Della asking where he was moving to and where he got such a sum of money. She even wondered if the car he was driving was his or if it was stolen. Yes, Mark was being accused of many things because Della was well aware of Mark's difficult background and sudden return as a wealthy man.

Mark had left the village now, heading to the Archelmy Regency housing location. It was quite far from Mark's rental location. About forty-five minutes later, Mark arrived. It turned out to be a luxurious housing complex strategically located in the city. It was close to several major companies, the university, schools, and the city park. Mark showed his message to the security guard, stating that he had an appointment to buy a house there. So, the guard immediately allowed him to enter as they had received orders that someone named Mark Starlight was allowed to enter. Security was tight in this housing complex, and not just anyone could enter because there were several security personnel on duty.

Mark looked around, and the housing was large and luxurious. The house he was going to occupy was at the far end, and it was the biggest and most spacious one. Mark couldn't believe his luck that his life had changed in an instant after encountering that game system.

Mark was immediately welcomed into the vast front yard. A guard quickly closed the gate. Then, he walked towards the house's terrace, where he was awaited by a property businessman named Archelmy.

"Welcome, Mr. Mark Starlight," Archelmy greeted, extending his hand to Mark as he arrived.

Mark smiled broadly, shaking Archelmy's hand. "Thank you, Mr. Archelmy. I'm very happy to have this house."

"I'm also pleased to meet you. This is the largest house with a fantastic price. It has been two years since this house was built, and no one could afford it. So, I had to keep coming here to check everything and maintain it until I found the right person to occupy and buy this house. Please, have a seat, and we'll do the signing of the house certificate and the documents you need to keep. Also, here are the house keys, quite a few of them. After the signing, I'll take you on a tour to get to know every corner of the house and the use of the keys. To avoid confusion, I've created key engravings, so when you open a door, you just need to match it with the corresponding number. However, some rooms have a password for access. Typically, my clients require a personal workspace. The house also has an elevator, so if you're feeling lazy to use the stairs to go upstairs, you can quickly use the elevator. Everything is in working order, and the house is ready to be occupied," explained Archelmy at length, making Mark nod in understanding.

"Wow, is this real? Am I going to be suddenly wealthy? Living in a house this big all by myself?" Mark thought to himself before signing the handover documents.

"Shall we, Mr. Mark? Let's have a look around the house. Will you be the only one living in this house? Any plans to use it for an office or business?" Archelmy invited Mark to take a tour while engaging in casual conversation.

"Well, I'm still single and don't have a family. Yes, I plan to use the house for my business, but I'm still preparing many things," Mark tried to answer calmly.

"That's great; it seems you're quite young and already able to have a house this size. I hope you can make good use of this house for your business, especially considering its strategic location. Some of my clients here also use their houses as their businesses. However, most of them also have separate main company buildings. So, in the house, they can work and turn it into a subsidiary," Mark nodded in understanding, still quite unfamiliar with the neighborhood's information. After the tour and some free time, Mark would find out who else was in his housing complex.

About thirty minutes of touring the house and explaining things to Mark, Archelmy's task was completed, and he bid farewell to Mark. "Thank you for choosing Archelmy Regency as your comfortable place. If you need any assistance related to this house, you can immediately contact me on that W******p number."

"Alright, Sir, thank you as well. I'm very happy."

"Yes, I'm taking my leave now." Archelmy promptly got into his car, and Mark realized that his house was not here. He traveled back and forth between foreign countries and Indonesia. His house used to be his residence; it's no wonder it was so beautiful and luxurious. Now, all of his family had become U.S. citizens, which made Archelmy live there while overseeing his property business in Indonesia from afar.

After Archelmy's departure, Mark's phone suddenly chimed.
