Chapter 4: Heart broken.

They were still having a good time when he started filming them, so they did not notice him standing there. After finishing the video, he slid his phone into his pocket and repeated what he had said earlier, this time speaking louder because he could not bear to watch them devour each other.

“Lena! Adams!” They both of them immediately were startled, jerking off from each other, he could see the shock in their eyes and faces. It hurt him to see what was going on In his face, he hated it very much.

“Oh my God, Levi, you are back and I… I… thought that you won't be coming back today” she said as she was shaking already.

“Oh really, so that you can screw my best friend, right? That's why you did not want me to come back early, so you will have the sweet opportunity to have sex with my so-called close friend who happens to be having an affair with my wife, at my back” He yelled, each word bore anger, how could they do that to him?

They were the only two people he knew that he counted on and just like that they were betraying him, he felt like his world was crashing.

“ Oh please, spare me that shit, She wanted me because you are less of a man, you are a shame to her, and she has finally realized what she has been missing out for a very long time, so please I am urging you not to dare talk to her like that again ever in your life” Adams said as he walked out of bathroom quickly putting on his trouser.

Levi was shocked, “yes exactly, I am tired of you Levi, you are a shame and a disgrace to me, you don't even know how much I hate you. You are just a shame to me and I really wish that I never knew you because you are simply all messed up, to be honest. You are a failure, and can Never make it in life. My father was right about you all along” Lena spatted out with anger and irritation. Levi was beyond shock, just when he thought that she would be remorseful of her action, she decided to give him a shocker instead.

“How could you? Lena, I trusted you, I should have known that something like this was going on, but I guess I just ignored it because I trusted the two of you so much” Levi felt a pang of pain in his heart.

“Haha, I am tired of this bondage and stupid thing you call marriage. I don't even love you, I love Adams, at least he is not a loser like you, you are just a loser, haha, and you are just so dumb that you did not notice that this has been happening for the past two years Under your nose” she laughed at him Mockingly.

“Levi, you are such a fool, but I don't blame you, A fool like you doesn't deserve someone like Lena, You are a nobody, a bum, a Fool, a Total Failure in a human form, and you are a nobody compared to us” Adams commented as he came close to Lena and kissed her lips deeply, Levi Clenched his fist, he was in for a fight, but then his Guardian's voice rang in his ears.

'Don't make rash reactions when you are angry just walk away' Taking a deep breath

he Said “I have a video of this and I will make sure your family knows about this, this is just so shameful.” He smirked sadly as he left the room, banging the door just so hard that Lena flinched. She looked at Adams worriedly as she wore her clothes back.

“He said he has a video, we can't let him leak the video of us having sex. That would ruin our reputation.” she paced around worriedly.

“You think he can do that?, come on sweetheart, that man is just a loser. He can't even do anything, I tell you this.” Adams held her shaking hands.

“ I know, but we can't take risks. We need to do something as soon as possible” She grabbed a bottle of water as she drank it, she had been faking to love Levi. She had zero feelings for him. When she had that injury, and she knew that nobody wanted to marry her. She had no choice but to stick to him since he was just so blinded with the love he had for her, so when she got better, she could not bring herself to chase him Quickly away and that was how she started having an affair with Adams.

“Okay, we will think of a plan, what do you want us to do now?” Adam asked, he understood what she was saying, but he did not feel like Levi can call them out for cheating, but he would rather not take risk at all, he was a known CEO, and she was a model. This could really tarnish their reputation and public perfect image.

“We need to work on this as fast as we could, we need this tonight, I need him dead tonight, make a call, everything should be done in the next thirty minutes” she was simply dressed up, as she grabbed her phone and started making calls, Adams pulled out his phone from his pocket as he started making calls too.

“Hello get the van ready, We have a target”

meanwhile, Lena went to her Father's study room as she just smiled at him lovely

“Hello father” He looked up.

“This one you are here at this time of the night, what do you want me to do for you?” Mr. Brown asked, she smiled as she said.

“I have made up my mind that I want to divorce Levi, I should have listened to you earlier, I am having an affair with Adams, I am sure you know his background and I know how you guys always wanted me to Mary him, so as you can see, we are hitting things up, I just wanted to let you know” She smiled at him, but her eyes were blank as she seems to be thinking about something else.

Mr. Brown slowly took his glasses off, and he monitored her expression.

“Oh my Daughter, I am just so happy, you are really a blessing from above, that is Good, I told you that, that Loser was no Good for you. Now you understand my point” he seems so excited.

“Oh also Father, we will talk more about this in the morning, I have somewhere important to go to.” she stood up from the chair without waiting for a reply from him, she left the study room.

Levi was walking on the road, anger, betrayal, and pain clouded his mind, he was heartbroken, how could they do that to him? Hearing her call him a loser hurt more than anything, He felt Hatred cloud his heart, he wanted to prove them wrong, that a so-Called nobody can be a somebody, but how? All hope is lost. He is at the point of giving up. He was just so much lost in thought, the night was blustery and dark, and it was a lonely road, he was just too lost in thought that he did not notice a black van that was following him. Before he knew what was happening, the van stopped in front of him, three men came out of the Van. “Wha… What Is this?” A gun was pointed at him and Just like that, a Black sack covered his face and he was hit in the head as he passed out.

Thirty minutes later

In a dark forested area, near a lake, a man was tied up, his hand was tied, and his leg were tied too.

“Damn it! This Son of bitch” Said a feminine voice. Lena was standing close to the unconscious body of Levi As Adams was beside her, he placed his hand around her waist as he kissed her, pulling her closer. One of the armed men around took a bucket of the lake water and poured it all on Levi. They had beat him badly, Levi was all bruised up, with blood all over him. Adams was the one who had commanded them to Beat Levi until he was close to death.

Levi's eyes flew open as he felt the cold lake water. His eyes darkened as he looked at Lena. “You” He slowly mumbled, spatting out blood.

“ Haha, oh yes Me! Do you have any finally words you want to let out from that cursed mouth of yours before you die?” she asked, calmly.

His eyes drifted to Adams, who was having fun with the cigarette in between his fingers, he felt anger cloud them.

“I promise you that you will regret this” He spatted out blood, feeling a strong wave of headache and pain. He grunts when Adams kicked him hard on the stomach, causing him to take up more pain.

“Haha, tell me what can a nobody like you do, huh? You see a loser like you can do nothing to people like me. People like you do not stand a Chance against people like me. Imagine an ant trying to fight an Elephant.” Adams remarked, Lena took the cigarette from Adams.

“What have I ever done to deserve this?” Levi asked. He was numb to the physical pain, but the emotional and mental pain was too much.

“You have done everything wrong, you don't know how much I hate you, I hate you so much, I just had to put up with your stupidity for Years, I let my family members laugh at me because of you, I let people talk bad about me because of you, and you even have the mouth to ask me what you have ever done to deserve this?” she vented out.

“I hate you, you don't know how many times I have always wanted to Stab you when you are sleeping, but I Just control myself because I don't want your blood in my hands, but now I don't care.”

Hearing all this from her, he felt Rage boil inside of him, he could feel rage raise fast inside of him, he was angry. He was very much furious that something like that was happening, he hated everything that was happening.

“So why did you not divorce me if I was such a Shane to you, I thought you understood my pain and efforts, you know I am trying to make things right, I am trying all I can to make sure that I become a somebody, a famous millionaire for you”

She scoffed “Well, keep on trying, soon you will be dead anyway, so keep on trying to be a Somebody in the land of the dead, there is nothing much about that. I will soon be getting engaged to Adams, you are invited to our wedding day” she laughed out loud.

“I hate to put up with you for years Levi, you are just so dumb to believe that a man of my league would be a close friend to a worthless fool like you . Dream on, sucker” Adams spat on him.

“Throw him into the Lake now let's go” Lena commanded.

“Rest in peace, Levi. I hope in your next life you won't be as useless as you are now” Adams chuckled as he left with Lena, the men who were with them,

carried Levi, as he was all tied up, he tried to struggle his way out, but he was helpless. Was that how he was going to die?

'Dear Lord, I need you to stay with me and guide me through. You are the one I need the most in this situation' mumbling a prayer in his mind, he closed his eyes, as he felt his body being thrown inside the deep lake, he could feel the water swallowing him, Everything was slowly turning dark. Until it was completely dark and blank. Was that the end for him?
