Chapter 98

Doctor Trey entered the ward to check on Rosalie. His eyes almost popped out as the bed was empty. And the room, too.

“Where is Rosalie?” Doctor Trey shouted.

Two nurses hurried in, and were also shocked.

“We left her here last night,” one nurse said.

Doctor Trey hurried out with the nurses, looking for Rosalie in every ward in the hospital. No one saw Rosalie. Not even the gateman. Doctor Trey dialed Rosalie’s phone number, but Helen answered the call.

“Where are you, Rosalie?” Doctor Trey shouted.

“You’re speaking with Helen,” Helen said.

“Give Rosalie the phone.”

“She’s still in the hospital.”

“We don’t see her in the hospital. Why was her phone with you?”

“Hold on. I will call her friend now.”

Doctor Trey feels uneasy as he hang up the call. How could Rosalie disappear? Why would Rosalie left this hospital without informing Doctor Trey?

Doctor Trey answered the call from Helen.

“What did she say?” Doctor Trey blurted out.

“She doesn’t understand, because she went home to cook for
