As soon as the shrill sound of the whistle moved through the field,Vasquez took off towards his opponent.

Saul had taken off at the same moment too,rushing to meet Vasquez' velocity and intensity because he had learnt how Vasquez fought from years of watching him fight and knew exactly what Vasquez had hoped to achieve from the first move.

Vasquez usually fought like a bull,rushing in to meet his opponent just as the fight began.

When most people fought,for some really unanswerable reasons, they did not want to be the one to throw the first punch because it had somehow been generally agreed that the first punch would help to gauge the level of the person you were fighting against.

Vasquez did not wait to gauge anyone because he only got in to fights that he was positive that he could win without much ado.

So,he was easily ready to throw the first punch and get the fighting started and in most cases,he was usually underestimated because Vasquez was not exactly a large man.
