Episode 40 The Red Flag

It was a beautiful place but Ruth was still quite she was quite all the way Rogers tried to make her happy but could not managed he tried all he could but nothing helped.

It was night but Ruth was still outside "what are you doing?" Rogers asked "nothing" she said "can I join you in doing nothing?" he asked and that did the trick Ruth laughed looking at him "and what does that mean?" she asked "well we can be doing nothing together till tomorrow or we can go to the bar and drink something" he said and with all the things happening to her she went with him

Ruth was sitting at the computer chair quietly Rogers was just looking at her near by a man come from behind her and touch her brest, Rogers come to her ed and slapped the man had that he fell on the ground Ruth just looked at them she looked defenceless on papoose.

"Respect women never touch any woman without her permission" he said in anger "are you ok?" he asked and Ruth nod her head "am fine thanks" she said looking at him and for the first time she smiled at him "you look great when you smile he said and she stopped.

James was sleeping when he received an anonymous text with pictures on W******p it was Ruth's pictures laughing with Rogers and a hand in her shoulder, he tried to call her but she was not picking her phone.

The next day people where preparing to go and savvy the area it was a very big piece of land and it also had a mountain, so in older to cover a big place at once the company made it a games, they were twenty people in total and they where pared in five each group they where given a tax of finding flags at the end of the week if the group had more flag's than the rest they win the game and they was going to be a Mistry award.

Ruth was in a group of three girls one man and that man was Rogers.

The race started at six in the morning on Saturday the group where instructed to stick together, and so it begins, "are you excited finding the flag's?" Rogers asked the girls and the three answered him excitedly "are you happy Anna?" he asked me the most quite lady among the group and she just nod her head indicating a yes, the first flag was not that far it was a white flag Rogers picked it Ruth just looked at him without a word the other three women where doing there best to get Rogers attention but he was trying had to impress Ruth but she was not interested in anything.

James tried calling Ruth all day but she was still not picking up he went to the bar to have a drink still thinking about Ruth in the process of thinking he got angry and throw his glass making a dangerous mess he went down his ness trying to pick up the glass but one of the peaces gave him a big cut but he did not even flinch.

Jemima looked at him with pity her eyes got wet she almost dropped a tear but a dip voice coming from her ear pod shook her "don't even think of trying to get emotional girl go to him it's time" the voice said and Jemima just composed herself and went to help James up and sat him down "are you ok?" she asked but James just looked at her, he pictured Ruth in her and without thinking he kissed her and everyone in the bar looked at them "I missed you Ruth" he said that caused Jemima to pull away "am sorry Jemima I thought you were Ruth" he said and left her.

At the end of the day everyone was tared because of walking so they sat down " we only have two tent's how are we going to sleep ladies?" Rogers asked the four ladies "I will sleep in your tent and the three will sleep in the other tent" said Jessy one of the campers in Ruth's group and everyone looked at her but Ruth was in her on world, the girls started to argue as who is going to sleep in Rogers tent.

"Shut up girls let Anna decide" Rogers said raising his voice a little they where resting at a very beautiful place "Anna? how are we going to sleep?" he asked, Ruth turned around and looked at them "I will keep watch Rogers will sleep alone in the tent since he is male and you three girls will sleep in the big tent and no you can't ask questions" she said living no room for argument.

"Is she a human?" one of the girls said "how can she resist such a handsome man?" the other one asked again "you girls have to behave around Ruth or I will kill you if you upset her " Rogers said and everyone looked surprised "I thought we are talking about Anna?" one of the girls asked that's when Rogers realized that he called her by her real name if she finds out she was going to investigate him "all sorry my bad I just remembered my best friend at school" he said and the girls believed him.

Ruth walked a long distance and she found another flag she took it and started training, by the time she was going back it was almost morning, as she was going closer to the tents she saw a girl not from her group but the second group. Ruth looked at her she had there white flag in her hands she looked at the blue flag she was holding then she put it in her bag she rushed after her.

Martha was happy showing her friends the flag "I managed to still it" she said showing off the flag and her friends cheered Ruth stood near with her camera, when the noise went down she went to them and sat down "give me my white flag" she said siting next to the thief and everyone was surprised "where did you come from?" Martha asked "group six I saw you still my flag so you give me or you are disqualified" she said with a smile "no and you have no proof that I stale it Ruth smiled and stood up she went at the near small bush and took a red flag everyone was surprised, "the game is simple you just need to focus" she said taking out her Camara " and intelligent too I recorded you so if you want peace just hand the white flag" she said but the girls did not move so she went closer and took the flag.

"How did you know there is a flag there?" one of them asked "because am focused guess where I found a blue flag Martha?" she asked and everyone was surprised blue flag? "no idea Anna" she said "near the small hill you and Jack where having sex near it Or yes Jane I mean your boyfriend jack with Martha or and don't kill each other there camera's here even if you can't see them" she said turning around and left .

Standing at the tree her eyes closed Ruth could hear the foot steps and voice's a "blue flag where did it come from?" one of them asked "am sure Ruth found it" Rogers answer walking towards her "go and have a rest before we start off" he said to Ruth knowing well she could hear him "no you guys eat so so that we can go" she said her eyes still closed "you cooked?" he asked and she nod her head "I can't wait to try your food he said with a smile "come let's eat together" he said haply "I don't eat breakfast" she said following him "I know you will just watch as eat" he said and she agreed.

The food was saved Ruth was looking at the map "are you not eating?" one of the girls asked "she doesn't eat breakfast , and lunch" Rogers answered he new Ruth hated talking too much and when the girls try asking other questions like why he stopped them and pointed at the food and everyone positioned themselves to eat, as.

"Owing worse by the day," Anna replied, her voice strained.

The group of adventurers had been traveling through treacherous terrain for weeks, searching for the legendary treasure marked by the red flag.
