AT MARCH 4TH

AT THIRD PERSON'S POV:

Michael was pretty excited for Elias to see the Cafe that he was working so hard to make it even better. Charlie was doing an amazing job and his 'Mannager ' skill made some things easier for him.

''I love the atmosphere around here,''Elias said.

''I am glad that you like it. I was working pretty hard to make this place amazing.''Michael said.

''I was wondering about who is this woman that is always so close to you,''Adam said.

''She is Wanessa, she is my good friend,'' Michael said. ''I see.''Elias said.

''I noticed Michael talent and with a bit of his hard work, he managed to make this place into a pretty amazing location. It is also a reason why I feel happy that you are here Mr. Garcia.''Wanessa said.

''What do you mean by that miss?''Elias asked.

''I know that you are traveling and food firm. I was wondering if our cafe could deliver some things to your clients since we are not far from the office. Like sweets and stuff like that.'' Wanessa said.

As soon as Wanessa said that Michael saw that Adam's and Elia's reactions changed.

"I understand why you want us to have this sort of thing, Miss Wanessa," Adam said.

"It makes sense that you wish for everything to work out well," Elias said.

"So you would like to make a delivery deal between my cafe and your firm?"Michael asked.

"I think that is going to work perfectly between all of us."Adam said.

"Yes, let's go through the details."Elias said.

"Great. So, first off, this contract will outline the terms of our food delivery service to your firm. We'll be responsible for delivering food and drinks to your office on a daily basis, Monday through Friday."Wanessa said.

"Understood. Could you please outline the delivery schedule and timings?"Elias asked.

"Certainly. Deliveries will be made between 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM each day to ensure everyone recieves everything on time. You will have our number if something will have unexpected and we can make options like early breakfast or coffee too. "Michael said.

"That works for us. Now, let's discuss the menu options and pricing."Adam said.

"We offer a variety of menu options to suit different dietary preferences and requirements. We'll provide you with a menu rotation to choose from. As for pricing, we propose a fixed monthly rate based on the number of meals required per day."Michael said.

"It seems that everything can be arranged based of our needed preferences and I do like that a lot."Adam said.

"Sounds fair. Could you provide us with a breakdown of the pricing structure?"Elias asked.

Michael nodded and took some papers out.

"The monthly rate will be calculated based on the number of meals ordered per day multiplied by the number of working days in the month. We'll provide you with an invoice at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month's services."Michael said and smiled.

"That sounds reasonable. Are there any additional fees or terms we should be aware of?"Adam asked.

"There may be additional charges for special requests or changes to the menu, but we'll discuss those with you in advance."Michael said.

"Understood. Let's proceed with drafting the contract. Could you provide us with a draft for review?"Elias asked.

"Absolutely. I'll have a draft prepared and sent over to you by the end of the day. Once you've had a chance to review it, we can make any necessary revisions and finalize the contract."Wanessa said and smiled.

"It seems that this going to make everything way easier and way more comfortable for everyone. I also wanted to add that I love your cafe, Michael. It's really cozzy and pretty."Elias said.

"I told you dad, that he is one of the most amazing people I met in a long time. I know that he is planning to make a new cafe soon, so I am sure that we could give some help with that."Adam said.

"I like that idea."Elias said and nodded.

"I am glad that you like it."Michael said and shook their hands

When Adam and Elias left after signing the contract Wanessa sat down near Michael and smiled.

"I got us a contract and I feel happy about it."Wanessa said.

"I've been thinking about ways to make our cafe more well-known in the community. Any ideas?"Michael asked.

"Definitely! One idea is to host themed events or nights. People love unique experiences, so we could have a movie night with classic films and themed snacks, or a live music night with local artists."Wanessa said.

" I like the sound of that! It could create a buzz and attract new customers. What else can we do?"Michael asked.

"How about getting involved in community events or local festivals? We could set up a booth to showcase our specialty drinks and offer samples. It's a great way to introduce ourselves to a wider audience."Wanessa said.

"That's a fantastic idea! We'll get to connect with people in the community while showcasing what makes our cafe special. What about online presence?"Michael said.

"Social media is key! We should be active on platforms like I*******m and F******k, posting mouthwatering pictures of our drinks and cozy ambiance."Wanessa said.

"Agreed. A strong online presence can boost our visibility. And speaking of visibility, what about our sign?"Michael asked.

"Updating our signage can make a big difference. A fresh, eye catching sign can draw people in and make our café stand out on the street. Plus, we can use it to highlight any special promotions or events we have going on."Charlie said.

"Sounds like a plan! Let's get creative with our signage to grab people's attention. What else do you have in mind?"Wanessa asked.

"Everything sounds great. I like it too. I am glad Charlie is here to help us. I am sure this place will get famous soon."Michael said.

He felt happy. He knew that soon that everything going to get even better soon.
