Lucas sat on the back of Falkor as he made his way to the royal castle, it would've taken more time but he knew the importance of this so he made his wyvern fly quickly. Most of the people had already seen his wyvern and since there weren't any others in sight, they wouldn't attack him.

But he didn't want to raise the alarm so he made sure that they were flying near the ground to make the guards know that he is coming. And as he had hoped they didn't attack him, as most of the guards had recognised his wyvern as even if not all of the guards had come to fight in the war, there were still those who recognised him and his ride.

They reached the gates and Falkor landed carefully as he scratched his neck as the wyvern growled in response, happy at the scratching he received.

"I am Lucas Larsen of the Larsen family and I wish to speak with the princess, it's important. I didn't have the time to send a letter prior." Lucas said to the guards stationed at the front of the gates seriously.

"Of course, just wait here for the moment." One guard said before he went inside as the other guard stayed outside with him.

Lucas nodded at that as he disembarked from Falkor as he stood with his friend as he rubbed his scales to sooth the wyvern as the guards kept their eyes on them, after all, even if Falkor belongs to Lucas, it is still a wyvern and they would be cautious and scared of him.

'Whatever, I don't have to worry about that right now. I just hope that I will be able to talk with the princess soon, I can't waste too much time.' Lucas thought to himself as he stood beside Falkor.

Lucas stood there for a few minutes before he saw the guard coming out of the gates and reaching him.

"The princess has given the permission to meet with her, Lord Lucas." The guard said to him as he stood in attention.

"Okay. Where do I leave my friend here?" Lucas asked the man as he gestured to his wyvern.

"Um, in the grounds inside, the princess said that you have her permission to keep your wyvern there." The guard said to him nervously as he looked at the wyvern.

"Alright then." Lucas said as he walked through the gate with Falkor in tow.

He walked a bit away before he gave orders to Falkor to stay in the place. After he was sure that all his instructions were clear to his friend, he nodded to him and turned to the soldiers beside him.

"Don't disturb him and he won't do anything. Don't point your weapons at him or he will be agitated, and you don't want him to be agitated. I am the only one he trusts and listens to so whatever you do, do not make him uncomfortable. Understand." Lucas said to the soldiers seriously.

"Yes sir." The soldiers nodded seriously as they stood in attention.

The soldiers had also felt admiration and awe at seeing him, after all, he is a war hero to the people of the kingdom and many of them have also seen him fight and we're mesmerized by his skill and strength.

But they decided to keep that from showing, after all they are on duty at the moment, and it wouldn't be good for them if the hero of their country saw them acting like that when they were on duty.

"Good. Just keep your distance and you will be fine. Now, who is going to take me to the princess?" Lucas asked to the group of soldiers.

"That would be me, lord. Please follow me." A knight said as Lucas nodded at his words.

He then followed the knight into the castle and then went to a room where the princess was also already seated on the cough, refreshments were already on the table and the princess herself was clothed in a beautiful dress for the meeting.

She is dressed in a beautiful red dress which showed her beauty, she wasn't that heavily prepared, but she still looked beautiful with that dress.

"Princess, here is Lord Larsen." The knight said to her respectfully.

"Good work. You can return to your duties." Olivia said to the knight as he gave her a short bow and left the room and closed the door.

"Princess Olivia, thank you for agreeing to meet me on such a short notice." Lucas said to her respectfully.

"It is of no consequence. You're a hero of your country, besides, you have come here on your wyvern, which means that it must be an important thing. Please take a seat." Olivia said to him in a polite tone and a smile as she gestured to the couch opposite her.

"Thank you." Lucas said respectfully as he went and sat there.

In the room, aside from the two of them, there were two maids, one on either side of the princess, and there were guards stationed near the door as well. They also had trumpets in their hands in case of emergencies as well.

'They are well prepared. And I can feel that this place has a magic barrier as well. This is a good place to have a conversation' Lucas thought to himself as he sat on the couch.

"Would you like some tea?" Olivia asked him as she gestured to the maid.

"Yes please." Lucas said with a nod and a courteous tone.

The maid served him tea as he took the cup and drank some before he looked at Olivia seriously. Seeing his expression she also looked at him seriously as she placed her hands on her lap.

"So, what is the reason for your abrupt visit?" Olivia asked him seriously.

"To be frank, I believe that there is going to be some danger coming towards the kingdom." Lucas said to her seriously.

"Where did you get such information?" Olivia asked him in surprise and seriousness.

"I had been given a small artifact by my former master, he said that it would break when a danger that would be to my life appears or will appear." Lucas said to her seriously.

"What kind of artifact is that?" Olivia asked in surprise and intrigue.

"Unfortunately, it's a one time use artifact and it completely broke and disappeared right in front of my hands after it appeared in front of me." Lucas said to her with a face of regret.

"I see. Do you know what kind of danger it is going to be?" Olivia asked him seriously as she understood that he wouldn't be making a joke about something like this.

"Unfortunately not. I have tried to take a look at Sweden with my magic but I am unable to due to some magical interference. From what I can understand, there is a powerful magic user in the kingdom now, and they have enough strength to actually block my ability to see." Lucas said to her with a sigh.

"That is a pressing matter. I will inform my mother and father about this, and also the court mage as well." Olivia said to him seriously at hearing that.

"Please do. And since they were able to block my vision, they might also be able to use Space magic like I can." Lucas said to her seriously.

"That is a serious concern." Olivia said with a nod when she heard that.

"Yes, I still have no idea about what is happening and I am staying alert. There is a high chance that I will die though." Lucas said with a grim face.

"You do not believe that do you?" Olivia said in surprise in hearing that.

"There is no guarantee for my survival and since the artifact had indeed been activated, that means that the danger to my life is real, and if the enemy were to collaborate with the royal family, then it stands to reason that they will also try to attack the kingdom. Prince Eric did seem to hate me for what I accomplished in the war." Lucas said to her politely as he looked at her.

"I suppose that is true. In that case, I should go and immediately inform my family about this. Are you going to stay here for the discussion?" Olivia asked him as she looked at him.

"I suppose, but it has to be quick since I have to return back to my territory and make sure to make preparations in case there is an attack there." Lucas said to her seriously as he nodded to her.

"Of course. Stay in the room for the moment while I go and inform my parents." Olivia said to him before she got up gracefully and left the room.

'Well, that went better than expected. I just have to make sure that everything else goes smoothly as well. Can't make too many mistakes or it will cost me.' Lucas thought to himself as he sat there and decided to eat a small bit of the refreshments to pass the time as he waited for the princess to send a messenger.

"Hmm, perhaps I should buy some to take back when I'm free." Lucas muttered to himself as he ate the tasty food.

By now the rest of his group had also spotted the golems as many of the soldiers paled at the sight while Andvaranaut, Olivia and Kriemhild were tense as they saw them. Aslaug just frowned as she looked at the golems, her expression hidden by the helmet. Lucas licked his lips as he growled at the sight of the enemy, the image of his wyvern being hurt was etched into his mind as he could vividly recall the sight of his charred chest and damaged wings. He was going to make them pay for what they have done. "Why don't you use your portals to just send them back." Andvaranaut asked him as they had moved back due to the assault. "It still costs me energy to use my magic. I don

The soldiers watched with wide eyes as the portal devoured the attacks from the enemy as they were awed by the sight in front of them as Lucas grit his teeth while the others watched. "Woah." Olivia said in awe at the sight. "Impressive." Andvaranaut said with a nod. "Master Lucas..." Kriemhild said in awe at the giant portal in front of her. The other soldiers who are being protected by him were also awed as they watched the deadly attacks being taken into the portal as he himself is gritting his teeth to ensure that the portal is stable and stays open, otherwise then the soldiers behind him are sure to die, while the more skilled ones would at least be able to dodge the attacks. Aslaug watched the spectacle as she gripped her sword tight as she saw the magic he is using as she watched the powerful attacks being devoured, and she knew that he would also be able to do the same thing to her if he wanted to. Lucas kept his focus as he kept the portal open until the attack wa

Falkor roared overhead as he glanced at his wyvern who was flying through the air and dodging the spells from the mages. 'I should kill the lot of them quickly before they become a problem. The strange magical attack, it would be problematic for me if I had to fight these bastards with another sniping me. If my focus isn't correct then I will die.' Lucas thought to himself as he ran to his enemies. He increased his speed as he ran towards the enemies as the soldiers shot their arrows and the mages attacked him as well. Three soldiers wielding swords charged at the heir which confused the latter. 'Where these three here before?' Lucas thought to himself in confusion as he looked at the charging enemies. He was pretty sure that he had taken care of all the melee soldiers and now three sol

Kriemhild himself was shocked at the attack before she was thrown away by Lucas as he saw the soldiers coming towards him as he saw her landing on the ground.
