Lucas said in the room as he waited for the princess to come back as he ate some of the snacks there as he waited patiently. It was only after a few minutes did the princess return to the room as she smiled at him.

"Please follow me, my father and mother wish to speak with you." Olivia said to him as he nodded and stood up.

He followed her out of the room as they went towards the throne room. As they walked Olivia was slightly slower than him as she looked at him walk as she wanted to see him more as her interest in him was already high after all that she had been able to see about him.

They soon reached the throne room as the soldiers opened the door and they entered. Lucas stood a few feet away from the king and queen who were sitting on their respective thrones. Olivia went forward and sat on her own throne as Lucas saw that only the royal guards and the court mage were present with them.

"You majesties." Lucas said respectfully as he gave them a bow.

"Raise your head Lucas. We want to discuss about the warning you just gave my daughter." Arvid said to him seriously.

"Of course, has she already told you about what I had said?" Lucas asked as he looked at them.

"Yes. You had used an artifact which warned you about the danger and you believe that it might also involve this kingdom." Arvid said to him seriously.

"Yes my king. While I do not know the exact reason or what form the danger will appear in, I believe that it might be even more dangerous than the two dragons that I had fought in the war." Lucas said to them seriously.

"Are you certain?" Arvid asked as this was a very bold proclamation.

"Of course, if possible, the court mage could take a look at the kingdom." Lucas said to them as he glanced at the old man.

"Of course, I can take a look, if your majesty wants me to." The court mage said as he looked at the ruler.

"Yes, please take a look." Arvid said as the court mage nodded at that.

He then took out a crystal ball as he used his magic to look at the kingdom of Sweden, but his eyes widened when he wasn't able to see the kingdom through his magic, as he faced the same problem as Lucas, which puzzled the man.

"I... I can't see it. I am not able to see the kingdom." The court mage said in surprise as he looked at the people in the room.

"What?" The king and queen said in unison in shock at his words.

The court mage is the strongest magic user in the kingdom and has vast knowledge of the magic arts, and is very vital for the kingdom and has also helped them in important decisions, making his position indispensable for the functionality of the kingdom as a whole.

"You can't see it?" Olivia said in shock as she never thought that it would happen.

"No. It seems that a very powerful magic user is in the kingdom." The court mage said as he frowned.

"But, why didn't they participate in the war?" Signe asked in confusion at his words.

"My queen, I believe that this is a new mage who has perhaps decided to use the aftermath of the war to his advantage." Lucas said to her respectfully.

"You might be right about that. If they had such a powerful mage with them then they would've been able to fight in the war more efficiently as they wouldn't have a reason to give up." The court mage said in a serious tone.

"That means he wishes to use the aftermath of the war to gain benefits, and if he is strong enough to actually block your vision, then they are most likely a very powerful magic user." Arvid said with a grave tone.

"How dangerous do you think it will be?" Signe asked as she was worried about what might happen.

"Considering the fact that they are powerful enough to block my vision, if he were to collude with the royal family and try to restart the war anew, then we might have to suffer heavy losses." The court mage said to them with a frown on his face.

"Great. We had just finished a war and another is likely to begin." Arvid said with a groan.

"What should we do?" Olivia asked the court mage as she felt anxious.

"For the moment, I think we should be vigilant and keep a watch on the border." The court mage said seriously.

"Is that so? Then we should immediately send word to our borders and make them more aware and cautious about the happenings at the border." Arvid said as he looked at the leader of the Royal guards.

"As you command your majesty." The leader of the royal guard said as he gave a small bow and gave the order to his subordinate who went to carry it out.

Lucas watched the process as he felt some gratitude in his heart at the fact that the king and the rest are taking his words seriously, which means that the kingdom will also be ready to mobilize at the face of danger.

'I just hope that this is enough.' Lucas thought to himself as he looked at the royal family.

Lucas used a healing spell on himself as he growled at the sight of the enemies and he dashed forward, his mind now even sharper due to the attack as he ran towards the enemies with full speed. Falkor roared overhead as he glanced at his wyvern who was flying through the air and dodging the spells from the mages. 'I should kill the lot of them quickly before they become a problem. The strange magical attack, it would be problematic for me if I had to fight these bastards with another sniping me. If my focus isn't correct then I will die.' Lucas thought to himself as he ran to his enemies. He increased his speed as he ran towards the enemies as the soldiers shot their arrows and the mages attacked him as well. Three soldiers wielding swords charged at the heir which confused the latter. 'Where these three here before?' Lucas thought to himself in confusion as he looked at the charging enemies. He was pretty sure that he had taken care of all the melee soldiers and now three sol

He had thrown a corpse at the incoming fireballs and managed to protect himself as Falkor also helped with his own fire breath. Kriemhild himself was shocked at the attack before she was thrown away by Lucas as he saw the soldiers coming towards him as he saw her landing on the ground. After he was sure that he was safe he blocked a sword and punched the chest of the soldier as he was launched back before he ducked as a mace passed over where his head back before he kicked the man and launched him back as he quickly turned and lunged forward and stabbed the soldier in the neck. Lucas observed the army for a few moments before he joined back into the fray as he couldn't let the two girls and Falkor deal with the soldiers. By this time Kriemhild and Aslaug had already realised that something was different with the soldier and even Falkor was quite wary of them after a while. Lucas ran towards the soldiers as he felt the runes that had been drawn on his body activating as he let out a breath and attacked an archer and decapitated him before he used that guy's body to smack the ones around him as blood flew out of the neck. Only for him to be shocked as an archer grabbed the headless body and another kicked him at that moment causing him to let go of the body as he had to dodge arrows that were shot at him as he summersaulted and slammed his heel on soldier under him as he was slammed into the ground. He finished it by slamming his other foot down through the torso of the soldier, before he dashed towards the other archers. He decided to leave the mages for t

He looked at Kriemhild as she also attacked the soldiers as her sword was also able to cut through their armor and their bodies as the sword was working as he had intended as he smiled to himself as he focused back on the enemies. The mages were busy putting up shields to deflect the flames from Falkor which only annoyed the wyvern as it roared and increased the speed as it flew through the air and attacked the other soldiers as the mages kept on using shields as they knew that they couldn't lose them. The archers also attacked the wyvern but it was proving to be ineffective as the wyvern was able to dodge the arrows as they were getting angr
