Chapter 2 One-by-one Battle

The giant bird dropped Saffia on a hill far away from the people, then just walked away.

"Hey! Get back! Don't go!" Saffia chased the white bird while holding her baby. "Don't leave me here! ARE YOU DEAF—"

"Aw…!" Saffia fell when she accidentally tripped over a rock. As a result, the baby in the woman's arms cried even more loudly because her body was constantly shaking.

Saffia cried while watching the bird leave. "Please, wait ...!"

Saffia couldn't do much to catch up with the bird because the bird had gone too far.

"Why do I have to suffer this bad luck?!" Saffia's screams made her baby cry even louder.

Saffia smiled at her baby. "I'm sorry, Honey. You must be scared, huh?" she sobbed a little. "I promise I will never leave you until your father returns."

The baby flashed a dazzling white light. Saffia was shocked. She even had to close her eyes to protect them from the mysterious light.

Slowly, the tone symbol was engraved on the tiny baby's chest.

Saffia was utterly wide-eyed. "What symbol is this? Why did this symbol suddenly appear?" Saffia suddenly felt terrible. The woman immediately thought of her husband.

'Actually, what is going on with Ozel? Why do I feel bad?' Saffia thought, frustrated.

Saffia went up to the sky with tears in her eyes. "I beg you to protect my husband, O God!"

'There's no other way. I have to do this!'

Ozel tore the shirt on his chest. The white-haired man's chest was engraved with two black and white dragon images coiling them around each other's bodies, looking like they were having a fierce battle.

Roxy froze as he studied Simbolon on her brother's chest.

'What seal is that?'

Ozel put his hand on his chest while casting a spell. "I, Ozel, am willing to give my life to protect the pact between the Human and the White Dragon!"

"Stop him, Roxy! Hurry up!" A mysterious voice rang clearly in Roxy's ears, but he found no one nearby.

'Whose voice is it? Could it be... The Dark Dragon? Thought Roxy.'

With the White Dragon's sword, Roxy stabbed into the chest of Ozel, who was lying weak on the ground. However, when the blade almost penetrated Ozel's body, the sword immediately flew up high, circling in the sky while emitting a bright white light, then stuck in a giant white rock.

"What happened?"

The ground shook so severely that Roxy staggered from the shaking.

"What is really happening?" Roxy screamed loudly, but he didn't know who it was. Because Ozel died immediately after casting the spell.

"QUICKLY TAKE YOUR BROTHER'S BLOOD BEFORE HE BECOMES ASHES!"

Roxy ran as fast as he could towards Ozel, but his young brother instantly vanished into ashes floating in the air.

"YOU STUPID! YOU FAIL TO STOP THAT SEAL!"

"What happened? What does that sword move after Ozel spells?!"

"That was a sacred seal to protect that White Dragon from the human trying to grab it! That sword will not be alienated by anyone except Ozel's child, who gas white Dragon blood in his body!"

"Shit! That means I can't be king of the world if I can't find that baby Ozel?!"

"Yes! But there is still hope! If that baby is too small to draw that sword, you just kill it and draw her blood! That is enough to release that sacred seal!"
