|DOC 14: CONFERENCE MEETING 02| |AQUA LAVERDA| The tension is as thick as my eyebrows can be when I put makeup on them. Kidding. The tension is freaking suffocating. Why do I have to be with these creepy and intimidating people in the first place?! I can hear the students muffle voices because they've been whispering in each other's throats while looking up at us here on the second floor of the Cafeteria. Well, we're only the ones who's occupying the whole floor because I don't even know why did they choose this place for the conference meeting when they can use the damn school Library! Come on, it's so hot in here! Kidding. I can already feel the sweats on my back. "What is this all about?" I raise my head a little bit and glance at the person who suddenly breaks the suffocating air around us. It's no other than, a Queen's member. Queen Aqui Darragon. Tsk. She doesn't suit to be called Queen in the first place. Kidding aside, I secretly gulp and lean towards Morri on my
|DOC 15: SUFFER| |AQUA LAVERDA| We're walking down the corridor back to my office. After the talk in the cafeteria, we all continue our lunch that I haven't really enjoyed doing so, and now, I'm hungry as hell. "You have the time to swallow everything up Aqua," I sigh when Morri starts it again with her sarcastic remarks. "That's too much!" I complain like some kid on the streets when being bullied by other mean kids. "Says by the one who's hungry on the run," she says while shaking her head. I roll my eyes and pull off my arms from hers. "Whatever Morri," I snort as I walk past her and leave her in the middle of the corridor. The conference drains me that even though I think I ate that much, I still feel hungry. Students are now back to their businesses. Some go back to their rooms to clean and prepare for their booth's decor. While some are too serious with the preparation they managed to do their booths fast and well. I'm craving chocolates! My stomach churns a
|DOC 16: A NOTE| ~×~×~×~ |AQUA LAVERDA| It was a wonderful morning when Morri had to ruin it for me. "What again Morri?!" I exclaim while thumping my foot as I walk inside my office. I just have to find my silver chain bracelet that my Mom gave me last Christmas Eve. Oh, remembering it now, December is coming. I can't wait to shop for gifts for my loved ones. "This is a serious case Aqua," I immediately look at her while I go through the things on my table. I think I left it here yesterday. It's very important to me. "How serious?" I ask while trying to look at every part of my table because I have a habit of just leaving my things either in a box, on my table, in the drawer, etc. Now, I regret doing so. I can't find it! "Very. It's about the case yesterday. Someone left this note inside my locker," hearing what Morri says, I abruptly look at her, down to the piece of paper she puts on top of my table. "Really?" I ask her. Suddenly feels like the paper is some kind o
|DOC 17: ROOFTOP| |Note: DOC - Deck of Cards ~×~ DCC - Deck of Cards Class| |THIRD PERSON'S POV| The usual silence of a library is too different from the silence of the School Library right now. The kind of silence with overflowing tension. Some of the DCCs arrive at the School Library at exactly 01 PM. There are no other people inside but them. It's as if they are facing each other as enemies in a war. They are facing each other at a circular table. They are only the DCC girls. Aqua is sitting beside the Queen of the Aces. Gunreigh Chi Deluxxe, on her right. That's why she can't be put into place because she feels like she's not allowed to breathe whenever Gunreigh will be put beside her. "Why does your sister so serious and cold?" She then asks Morri on her left who's currently resting her back on her seat while her eyes are closed. "Ask her," the only words she says to shut Aqua off from talking to her. Aqua's eyes widen and her heart beats faster than usual. She clo
|DOC 18: THE STORY| |Note: Hi! About the game's last chapter, I just came up with it. There's no such thing as that. Haha. It's just for props or something and yea, about Naraka, I guess some of you had hints and expected that it's her because I just gave you 'Laviente' as a hint but then it's a woman so it's obviously pointed at Naraka because she's the only girl between her brothers, Uno and Loco. I'll stop here so, let's proceed? I hope you still can take it, haha.| ~×~×~×~ |AQUA LAVERDA| "How are you?" I ask him over the phone. I know it's hard for him but I'm glad that he did the right thing. Still, I feel sorry for him. "I'm okay, don't worry. Just worry about yourself, Aqua. I'm fine here," I exhale as I move my swivel chair right and left. I am facing the huge chessboard on the wall. Head resting at the edge of the chair while I'm carrying my phone using my right hand. My left-hand stays on the armrest of my chair. "Still, it's a hard decision for you 'Loco'," I
|DOC 19: ALL I NEED| |Note: Even if I want to stop giving you heartaches, it's needed in the story, Haha. If ever it's true... I'll prepare you, don't worry. Enjoy reading!| ~×~×~×~ |AQUA LAVERDA| What does it feels like to be in a tight situation where you don't know how to escape anymore? In which, you're already at the endpoint of your life that you have no choice but to surrender? You have to, but in the back of your mind, you're not yet ready. In such cases, why do some people need to do something that they'll regret doing so in the end? Some don't regret what they did. I want to understand them. Were they too desperate at that time that they had to do things and that, do they need to cross the line? Did they at least think of the consequences of their actions? Did they do it because they don't have a choice? But there are no such things as having no choice. You have a choice. It just happens, you choose the wrong way. Taking a deep breath, I look up at the hor
|DOC 20: DON'T DIE| |AQUA LAVERDA| "Morri...," I call her name. I fit myself in one of the branches of the tree I'm standing on while looking at her, trying to control her temper. Changed plans. We all went to the DOC rooftop only to be disappointed because she was not there. But she left a note. Saying, 'Meet me at the field'. Right now, I'm hiding my presence in one of the trees around the field. Senses in full alert if something happens. The others are also hiding. Tiana and Aqui are with Morri but they're just a bit far distance from Morri as she told them to. That's why I'm calling her name to make her listen to me but it seems like she's already eaten by her rage. Haven and Gunreigh are also hiding in a tree-like what I did. The difference is that they're hiding behind it. I, on the other hand, am hiding behind the thick leaves of the tree, standing in one of its branches. I don't know if Naraka knows we're surrounding them but I don't care anymore. "Morri, remember wh
|DOC 21: THE REASON| Note: ××××× - years ago/flashbacks WARNING: Some parts may be a bit sensitive and dark as well. I'm sorry in advance and if you're a bit sensitive, you may skip this part (though, you may get confused about what had happened). If you still wish to proceed, you'd been warned. Thank you! ~×~×~×~ |THIRD PERSON'S POV| ___×××××___ "Brother, I'm scared...," A little girl was silently sobbing beside her brother as her hands were rightly covering her mouth not to cause noise that can trigger the group of men roaming around their Mansion. The Laviente's Mansion. "Shh, baby. It'll be alright, hm? I'm here, don't be scared. Your brother is here," crying, the little girl nodded her head. "Who are those bad people, brother?" She whispered, almost barely making a sound but it seemed like her brother understand what she meant to ask. He moved a bit to cover his sister as he tucked the hair behind her ears. "They're just here to look for something, Gale. We just h
