Apartment hunting

Ola was in awe with the physical look of the house. The house looked like an old abandoned house in the nineteenth century. She couldn't believe such a house would still be available in the Twenty first century. She was perplexed.

"Is this the house you are talking about?" She asked the woman for confirmation.

"Yes, it's two flats and I need a tenant in one. This is one of the best apartments you can find in this area and it's also cheap" the grandma Explained with joy written all over her face.

"Oh no! I need a good apartment. Not a shattered one like this" she cried out.

"There is nothing wrong with this apartment. I've been living here since I got married to my late husband. You can even get cheap fruits and vegetables in this neighborhood since we harvest it directly from our farms. It's the best you can get but if you wish to go to the Town, then you need to prepare thousands of dollars per monthly payment" the grandma said.
