Or will she face the present, forgo knowing these answers and live the life she is struggling to build for herself?

The story is set in a medieval world, somewhere in an alternate version of ancient Europe. At first the tone focuses more on war and basic politics, but as the story progresses, there will be more magic/fantasy elements added - like dragons, witches and fables.
