When power is devided it gave rise to certain loopholes. Those loopholes in terms gives rise to a a power check between the ruler and ruled. Everything the ruler says is right and the ruled are the ones to bow before the will. Planet Liva is no different from that game. The power abuse gave rise to a protestant class will their leader be able to turn tables or will he become one of them.

Being someone who is always used by others, is always looked down upon because he has no power. It was a normal thing for Raphael Salazar, from the very beginning he was alone in this world, he longed for recognition from the people around him.
