To quietly "silence" him (so the Game Administrator's reputation wouldn't be ruined), the System assigned an intern NPC named QO-R15-KI (Qoriski) a Boss-level entity to descend to Earth under the guise of a "Personal Guide." The goal was to cause Freza to have an "accident" and restore the system's integrity.
