In ancient times, there were seven lockets. Each had magical powers. People don't know what happened to the lockets. The Mercks obtained one of these lockets and created a new gateway which allowed space travel. However, they were only able to use one of its numerous powers due to their lack of knowledge. An organisation called The Chain was looking for peculiar objects, such as the said locket. Inevitably, the Mercks became their target and lost. Still, they managed to send a few of their family members away. And that's where our story begins, with a young Merck stranded alone in an alien world, armed only with the locket left behind by his grandfather. Unknown to him, the gears of fate had already started turning, and the locket had started to wake.

Drake Wayland and his Dad,Mr Wayland were attacked on their ship by a Ravener Demon who subsequently killed Mr Wayland and poisoned Drake but he managed to kill the Ravener demon. Leftship wrecked and stranded on the shores of mysterious island with a Ravener demon poison coursing through his veins, he got saved by An Angel-Demon blood who introduces him into the Umbra World where vampires,warlocks/witch, werewolves and umbra hunters existed, making Drake an umbra hunter who incidentally learnt a plethora of martial art from him. Five years later, he returns back home to his mum and sister only to find out his mum went missing five years ago and his sister now working as an exotic dancer to sustain livelihood.

After coming up with this amazing role playing adventure game idea, Eric Claus had an accident while he was going to pick up his daughter, Jodie from school, and it resulted in him entering into a coma, and also finding himself in a mystical world, exactly like the one he was creating for his game. Summary: This novel is about a boy named Kai who got mistreated from his Family because he was weak. In a world full of beast, Superpowers and Bloodline he had no powers. He was a normal human being with no Superpowers. He got treated as a loser and got bullied from his classmates and other people with superpowers.
