The Son They Erased, Never Forgotten

The Son They Erased, Never Forgotten

For twenty-four years, Ethan Cole believed the Whitfield family was his family — not by blood, but by everything that should have mattered more. He ran numbers his father couldn't read, raised the sister his parents were too busy to raise, and built himself into the son the Whitfield name could be proud of. Then the real Whitfield son came home. Overnight, the family Ethan spent his life earning turns him into a stranger in his own house. His father hesitates. His mother says nothing. And the sisters who once called him their anchor are torn between the brother they love and the family that raised them to obey. Ethan walks out with nothing but a cracked pocket watch he's never been able to explain — and a memory of a woman's voice that doesn't belong to anyone he's ever known. He doesn't chase revenge. He builds. Piece by piece, deal by deal, he becomes a man the Whitfields can no longer pretend they never lost. But the deeper he digs into his own forgotten past, the more he uncovers a secret buried decades before he was born — one that proves he was never the outsider they made him believe he was. When the truth surfaces, Ethan won't just have to decide whether to forgive the family that threw him away. He'll have to decide what's left to save — and who still deserves saving.

King of Griffindale

King of Griffindale

“You don't deserve this throne. Your birth was nothing more than a mistake by my late husband, so don't think any more of yourself. But if you still want to be King, then go into the territories and kingdoms outside Griffindale and build your army of followers and allies from scratch. Whenever you feel like you have amassed a huge following enough to seize the throne away from me, then you can come back to fight for it. But from now on, you are on exile.” “The throne belongs to me, Stepmother. Nevertheless, I will do as you ask. But rest assured, for what you've done, I will return—not just for my throne, but also for your head.” “While the Queen fumed with rage in her private chamber, Cyrus emerged from her quarters wearing a satisfied grin, knowing his destiny was now set in stone. He would one day become king, no matter what.” -------- This is my first novel on the platform, so my pacing and world-building aren't the best, but it gets better with time. The story is set in a medieval world, somewhere in an alternate version of ancient Europe. At first the tone focuses more on war and basic politics, but as the story progresses, there will be more magic/fantasy elements added - like dragons, witches and fables. If you enjoy the work, please consider supporting it in any way you can. Any means of support goes a long way for me and is duly appreciated. Have Fun!!!

The Evolution of Mana Echoes

The Evolution of Mana Echoes

Five great continents. Endless wars. In this world, Mana is destiny. It decides who rises as a hero, a king, or a monster. But Tyda never got his chance. Before he could even attend the Guild Selection, his home—Lerin Village on the Eastern Continent—was destroyed by Legion Commander Zed. With no awakened power, he stood alone and sacrificed everything to save his people. To the world, he was forgotten. To Gaiden Minamoto, he became a legend. Born in the same village and blessed with the rarest power—Divine Mana—Gaiden grows up determined to honor Tyda’s will. He leaves the Eastern Continent to join a Guild in the South, while his mentors stay behind to build their own strength. Yet not everyone moved on. Tyda’s closest friends—Maya, Bigolo, Bren, Bram, Glendo, Judy, and Rona—were also trained under Teacher Long. But grief turned into blame, and they became bitter enemies consumed by anger. When Gaiden meets these seniors, still full of pain and rage… what will they do? Will he bring them back from the darkness, or be forced to fight them to the death? And the biggest question of all: If Tyda returns one day… what will Gaiden do? Will he welcome back the hero he admired? Or stand against him if he has become the greatest threat the world has ever known? But one thing is certain: Aurora Guild—once empty, forgotten, and the weakest of all—will rise.

EARTH ONLINE

EARTH ONLINE

EARTH ONLINE The black towers hung silent over every city for six months. Then, one November morning, a child's bright voice rang out in every head at once — Earth has gone online — and gave the world three days to eliminate a stranger, or be erased. Half the planet didn't make it. Cole Mercer is a librarian. Quiet, exact, ruthlessly calm — the kind of man who reads the room while everyone else is screaming. When the games begin he finds he's been handed no fire, no lightning, no gift worth the name: only a snide little book that collects the powers of the people he kills, and a mind that has never once lost a game that had rules. The Spire has a great many games. Every one is a trap dressed as a fairy tale, and every one can be solved — if you're cold enough, and fast enough, and willing to do the math while the monster is still smiling. But there's a voice on the other end of a cracked artifact, two hundred miles away: the strongest player on the server, a man Cole has never seen, who already seems to know exactly how he thinks. The tower wants them to climb. It should never have let them meet first. A slow-burn M/M apocalypse where the deadliest thing in any room is two minds that refuse to lose — and the one mistake the end of the world ever made was growing them a partner.

A LONER

A LONER

Christian had always been different. From the moment he could remember, he found peace not in crowded classrooms or noisy playgrounds, but in the quiet corners where no one noticed him. His classmates called him “weird,” teachers worried he was too withdrawn, and every attempt at friendship felt like an unbearable weight pressing against his chest. For Christian, solitude wasn’t a punishment it was his safe haven. But growing up came with expectations. After graduation, the real world demanded interaction. His first job placed him in a bustling office, and the anxiety swallowed him whole. Shaking, suffocated, and unable to cope, he walked away from what others called “a dream career.” Just when failure seemed like his only companion, fate stepped in through the most unexpected visitor his cousin. A surprise party, an introduction to a girl, and suddenly, Christian’s life began to shift. The girl didn’t laugh at his fears; instead, she held his trembling hand, taught him digital marketing, and showed him how the world could be navigated online without losing himself. From the comfort of his solitude, Christian’s creativity flourished. What began as small online experiments turned into a groundbreaking app that captured the world’s attention. From a loner who once feared people, he transformed into a billionaire innovator admired by millions—yet still deeply in love with the quietness that shaped him. “A Loner” is a moving story of fear, resilience, love, and the extraordinary power of embracing one’s uniqueness.

THE NIGHTMARE

THE NIGHTMARE

Highpriest Fantasy
I hated being locked up like a damsel in distress. Like I was some princess that needed constant protection, but deep down I was grateful. I was still struggling to summon my powers, so if I was attacked alone I would be defenseless. I understood why Valerian wanted me to stay confined within the walls of our home since there was a protection spell suffocating the entire atmosphere that surrounded it. But I was so bored. Valerian was not there to take me out and keep me occupied with his cocky smiles and quirky comments. The only thing I could think to do to pass the time was to take a stroll around the castle grounds. I exited out into the courtyard and walked past the beautiful wooden benches and vibrant trees. Roses of every colour confiscated the grounds and it was like I was walking through a rainbow. My fingertips caressed the petals and I inhaled the sweet scent of their exquisiteness as I walked through the trails. I was so mesmerized by the area that I didn’t realize where I was going. I gasped as I reached for the next rose in my path, and it crumbled from my touch. The rest of the walkway was filled with black and decayed roses that tumbled to the ground like ash from a horrible wildfire. My frightened eyes glared out into the distance as I realized the dead flowers led to a shadowy tunnel made from black brick. A sign barely dangling from a broken chain at the top of the entrance read ‘dungeon.’ My body cringed at the sight. This was the dark side of Valerian that I knew and wanted to avoid as much as possible.

Reborn before my betrayal

Reborn before my betrayal

"Drink up, brother," they said, passing me the poisoned wine. In my first life, I was the fool who conquered an empire only to hand it to my family on a silver platter. My reward? A silver goblet laced with nightshade, a dagger between my ribs, and the sound of my own brothers laughing as I choked on my own blood. They seized my throne, slaughtered my loyalists, and completely erased my legacy. Then, I blinked. I wasn't lying on the cold stone floor of a locked treasury. I was standing in the middle of the Grand Pavilion, ten years earlier, holding the exact same golden chalice. Julian was right next to me, patting my shoulder with his fake, loving smile. The universe had hit rewind. My body is ten years younger. My vast mana pools are gone, reduced to a flickering spark. I am physically a weak, untrained prince surrounded by apex predators. But I remember everything. Every hidden treasure, every forbidden spell, every upcoming disaster, and exactly how each of my brothers breathes. They think I am still their naive, easily manipulated pawn. They have no idea that the gentle prince died in that treasury—and a monster woke up in his place. I’m not going to fight them for this rotting kingdom. I'm going to let them starve. I will cross into the forbidden lands, awaken a dark system, and build an empire so terrifying it will swallow theirs whole. My name is Kaelen. They wanted my throne, but they will drown in their own blood to reach it.
