"Ah, what a beautiful day it is," I thought as I finished my morning routine and training. I sat on my balcony enjoying the scenery around me, taking in the natural charm of the pristine state that nature had returned to.

After a while, I got up and got ready for a jog around the community, hoping to familiarize myself with the people in the neighborhood. 

As I stepped out of the house, someone crashed into me, causing me to stumble and fall. I reached out to grab the person responsible, but I ended up slipping on something and falling beneath them.

When I opened my eyes, all I saw was darkness. I tried to clear whatever was blocking my vision with my hands, and as I touched it, I felt a soft and springy sensation. 

I squeezed it a few times, feeling great in my hands, but then I heard a moan from above me, which made me freeze.

I quickly realized that I had accidentally touched something I shouldn't have, so I hurriedly took my hands away and tried to talk to the lady. I assumed that she was a young lady from the voice I heard earlier, but my mouth was also stuck.

"Don't move, Mr. Wait for a little, and I'll get up from you," she said, stuttering in between her words. She moved away from me and sat beside me, trying to regain her composure. I sat up and turned my face towards her to see who I had bumped into.

She greeted me with a small blush on her face, trying to hide it with a small smile before standing up with my help.

She hadn't seen me before, but she had heard that someone was moving in beside her house. I realized that this mature milf onee-san was my neighbor. What a stroke of fantastic luck to have such a lovely person as my neighbor.

"Hello there, please excuse me for not introducing myself earlier. I'm Erick Dahl and since we're neighbors now, you can just call me Erick. It's a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Umn. Oh, wait, I don't know your name yet," I gestured towards her, realizing my mistake.

"My apologies! I'm Kristine Camilo. Likewise, it's nice to meet you. I'm in a bit of a hurry right now, but when I come back, I'll make sure to properly welcome you and your family with a party. See you later!" Kristine shook my hand and introduced herself before hurrying off. We exchanged goodbyes, and she left.

"See you later, Camilo Onee-san!" I said as I saw her off to the community gate. Then, I wandered around the community and came across some elderly people doing light exercises in the garden, which was attached to a small park.

I introduced myself to the group of grandpas there, some of whom had a mysterious vibe, while others seemed quite ordinary. 

I could tell that they all had a lot of life experience and were likely successful in their respective fields, given that they lived in this top middle-class community. 

I figured that getting to know some of the locals wouldn't hurt, especially since I'd be living here for a few years. Plus, I needed to make sure that nobody here had any ill intentions towards us.

"Hello, uncles! How are you all doing today?" I greeted them, hoping to strike up a conversation.

"Hello, young man. We're healthy and doing well. You must be new here, as we don't recognize your face. Most of the young people who live here are our grandchildren, so we know them all," one of the elderly men replied. He had white hair on his head and small beard, along with a few wrinkles on his face. 

But, overall, he looked healthy, and so did the rest of the group. It was as though their life force had been enhanced by something, which was probably due to the new environment and their healthy diets.

"Yes, we just moved here yesterday, and I'm Erick Dahl. I saw you all while I was wandering around and thought I'd come over to say hello and get to know you all," I explained. I also checked their auras a little to see if anyone had any dark intentions hidden in their hearts, but I found nothing. 

I felt a little relieved to know that they weren't a threat to my parents or anyone else for that matter.

The group introduced themselves and their families, and we had some small talk. I also offered to help them out a little, as they had been kind to me. I used my knowledge of acupuncture to help them relieve their hidden illnesses and body pains.

"See you later, young Erick! Don't forget to come here tomorrow and help us, elderly folks a little, hahaha," one of the men patted my back and invited me to join them in their morning exercises. I felt happy to have met such a funny and kind group of old-timers.

I bid them farewell, promising to come back again. I enjoyed the company of the experienced fogies and looked forward to getting to know them better. I knew that if I didn't make it back in time, my mother would be worried and cause a fuss, so I made sure to head back home.

"I'm home, mother. Is lunch ready? I'm feeling a little hungry right now," I announced my presence a few minutes after arriving at my new home. 

"Welcome back, son. Come to the dining room as food is already ready and I am setting up at the table," my mother replied warmly. I headed to the bathroom to wash my face and hands before joining my mother in the dining room. 

"So, where did you go? Did something good happen?" my mother asked me as I sat down. I explained what had happened when I was out helping some old men. 

"Mother, I'll be in my room. Please call me when Camilo Onee-san comes here to invite us," I said before leaving to focus on something important I needed to finish. 

I entered an empty room and took out some rare items from my inventory that I had acquired from the black market with the help of Aashi. These items were not easily accessible in this world, and I needed them to establish myself and build prestige. 

"Aashi, remind me when Mother calls for me as I'll be busy for a while, okay?" I asked my AI assistant. 

"Affirmative, Master," Aashi replied. 

Several hours later, Aashi reminded me to stop working and get ready as my mother had called for me. After taking a bath, I got ready in more casual clothes. 

"Okay, Mom, I'm ready. When are we going?" I asked my mother, who was already dressed in a beautiful white one-piece dress with cherry flower patterns. My father changed into something more presentable. 

We departed for the party in the car sent by the organizer. At the party, I had to remind my parents to act casual and not become tense as it was just a welcoming party for new people in the community to get to know their neighbors better.
