Next day in the morning Victoria drove her car that he had obtained from a government load due to the country economy it was hard for a detective to own a car in that age that she was. She packed the car beside the street that was surrounded by police officers. And due to the curiosity of people and for the information to spread all over the city there were also civilians beside the crime scene trying their best to obtain a clear a story that will make them look as updated when they meet up with their friends.

Victoria using her police badge she crossed over the other side that the civilian were being prevented to go through by the police in the scene. Because of the level that Victoria was on a t the time as a detective, she was the only police that who was not on the uniform. With her good scanning and investigating skills, she walked to where two men bodies were lying dead on the ground. The scene was terrifying because the killing was not as usual killing of the street this one was ruthless because the bodies were torn into two.

Victoria encounter with many homicides did not make her look at the scene and feel so scared but what scared her at that moment she knew there was a loss ruthless killer in the town. As she was analysing the body visually her working mate Drake entered the scene while on gloves, a photograph and a bag pack.

Drake as a single guy he had always found Victoria attractive to him but due to the Victoria’s toughness all he had to do is to be a gentle man to her and wait. When he stopped beside Victoria he said, “Sorry for being late,” Victoria who was squatting busy scanning the bodies raised to Ben and without caring he responded, “Its ok me to I was late.” That was the time again for Drake being a gentle man where he gave Victoria who was not on gloves some extra pairs of gloves that he was carrying.

Victoria who was used as Drake as her saviour took the gloves proudly and said, “Thank you I don’t know why ladies don’t see of how you are a gentle man?” Drake hiding his feeling he giggled and responded, “It’s still too early for serous relationship.” When she had worn the gloves she took Drake’s bag pack opened it and took out some plastic bags where she started to take some samples.

Drake in the other side who was good in taking pictures in the scene started taking pictures while talking to Victoria,

“Who do you thing did this?”

“Of that am not sure but what is that the killer did this out of pain.”

“Due to the ruthless killing.”

“Yes where we are going to start is to look for the victim friends and family that is where such a pain can rise.”

“What about street gang?”

Victoria paused her taking of the samples faced Drake and responded, “We cannot say this was a theft and kill is more than that.”

At the cave, where soldiers were ruthlessly killed, slowly General Martin entered in the cave. Due to his Fighting medals and other great achievement he walked in the cave confidently as if he did not witness what had happened. Behind him there were other armed soldiers walked with him inside the cave for an in case of an attack to protect him due to his rank as a General.

The courage of General Martin was in another level as if he did not needed the protection by his soldiers. At the cave entrance, a military vehicle had turned on its light towards the cave to make the cave visible in.  On the cave flour, there were dead soldiers’ bodies and blood everywhere as if there was a Hitler massacre inside the cave.  

After scanning the cave and saw it was all safe, General Martin due to his normal act to clear the up the personal operation that lead to the killings, he ordered the soldiers to take the bodies and dispose off where there could be noticed. As his men were taking the bodies out of the cave, he was on the other side slowly walking in the cave to scan it. 

As a silent and careful man walked round the cave until where he stopped beside the golden medallion. General Martin bend to the medallion to have a good look where he extended the clarity by pointing his cell phones torch to it. Confirming that that was one piece that he was looking for he took the medallion and walked out the cave leaving the bodies as they were being cleaned up.

At the exit of the cave, he found a soldier who was directing the other soldier. Because of the relation of General Martin and the director soldier, he stopped beside him and with a low tone he said, “Jeremiah nobody should know about this.” Jeremiah remembering that the favours that the General have being doing to him including giving him monthly tips he complied by saying, “No one will know about this.

General Martin walked to one of the military vehicles where he called the driver to it. And without wasting other time that would rise suspicions to office he was drove out of the scene.

It was at lunchtime Victoria was driving back to the police headquarters slowly driving, because he could not bear a single scratch in her car. As he was driving through the street, she found a group of boys standing beside the road. And to help in aiding in her current case she drove slowly passed them peeping on them to see if she would grasp anything interesting. But after a moment of peeping she remembered many road accidents in the streets were highly caused by reckless driving which she was doing. To avoid the accident she had to assume the boy and faced forward, there she saw a man who was covered by a blanket all over his body crossing the road where she quickly halted the car. Both of them paused in a shock where Victoria remembered if she had hit the man she was the one to be blamed and rudely walked out of the car and walked to the man while shouting, “What’s wrong with you don’t you look before you cross the road.”

This caused a little commotion where the boys gathering beside the road vanished leaving Victoria and the person who was nearly to become a road-hit victim. The man looking confused he stopped silent as she shouted to him. When she reached near him, she dropped the blanket side that was covering the man’s face where she noticed it was Ben.

That was the time that Victoria noticed Ben was naked only covered by the blanket, remembering how the man looked confused she asked him, “What are you doing?” Ben without remembering her he politely responded, “Am sorry.” One car that had stopped behind her the driver shouted as how drivers do if you delay them in jam, “What wrong with you madam if you don’t want to drive sell out your car.”

Victoria due to her mixed situation, she did not rudely responded to the driver nor remember how Ben left without a word she softly said to John while directing him to a core driver seat, “Get in.” Ben without a say he slowly walked in the car slowly because the car machine he only saw it but never entered in it. Immediately after she banged the door to the core driver seat the other driver behind her shouted again, “Do you want me to call my son to teach you driving?”

Victoria at that time she was done by one task where her head was clear to go rude and shouted back to the driver, “If you are in a hurry you would have come yesterday,” then she enter in the car and drove away.

When Victoria was relaxed driving she broke the silence monotony that was caused by her anger to the rude driver. She asked, “When were you?” Ben with his unconfused state but this time he was a bit confident because he remembered the previous night how Victoria was understanding but did not know the right words to use he responded,

“Am sorry of how I left yesterday.”

“And did you ran out naked yesterday?”

“No!”

“Ok! And what wrong with you being naked?”

“Is like am falling into this episodes that I no longer know myself and the next minuet am standing naked.”

“Are you bipolar?”

Due to the error that Ben was from, he had never heard of the current mental disorders that have weird names that are trying to explain character problems where to some countries are known as weakness. Ben, in spite of not knowing the meaning of the name he responded a solid answer, “No, all I know is last time there was some two men trying to rob me.” But The answer was given the wrong time because Victoria was busy trying to make a bend into the police offices where she responded, “Yes!”

When Victoria had packed the car to strategic position where she would not be disturbed by the security guards, she faced Ben and said, “I won’t stay for long so please don’t run away this time I would like to help you.” Ben reacted by nodding his head where she took her gun and walked out of the car.

When she entered in the office, she meet up with her working mate Drake who was happy holding a CD drive. Drake feeling as a hero he said to her, “I have the closest clue to the killing.” Disappointed because she was defeated to find a clue to the murder she responded, “Did you find the CD drive in the scene?

“No this is a record from the closest CCTV near the site.”

Drake as he walked to his computer he said, “Follow me and see.” Victoria who was still pissed of paused for a moment as he walked away. Then the felling of wanting justice overcome the disappointment where she followed Drake.

In Drake’s laptop he placed in the CD drive and played in and moved back to give Victoria clear look. The video played at the crime time a man who was naked walked out of the scene. This intrigued her where she said, “Can you rewind it.” Due to the happiness that had overcome him, he played back the video without complaining.

When the naked man stopped before the CCTV Victoria exclaimed, “Pause!” and Drake paused the video. She noticed it was uncomfortable to order him all round where she bend and zoomed the image where she slowly moved back as if she saw the image of Jesus. Drake noticed the Victoria’s look where he asked, “Do you know the man?” She turned face her and all that was playing to her head is the naked man in her car.

The next moment Victoria walked back to her car feeling down because the man that she thought was innocent he was innocent no more. She entered in her car where Ben calmly said, “You were quite busy because you have taken a lot of time than that you said.” Trying to hide what was running to her head she turned to him and asked,

“Where were you last night?”

“I was walking in the streets and I blacked out when two men approached me trying to rob me.”

“Those two men did you kill them?”

That was the time Ben realized what Victoria have seen in that office has opened her up to the secret that he has been trying to avoid and keep it secret. There was no more for Ben to hide at that time, where he responded sadly,

“Yes I was the one.”

“How did you killed them?”

Afraid to disclose all about his past he simply responded, “I was in an episode and when I was back to my conscious I found the two dead men before me and I was full of blood that is where I knew I have killed them.” Immediately Victoria pulled of her gun pointed to Ben and said, “Get out when your hands are up.” The door as it opened he walked out slowly while his hands were up. That was the time Drake and other police joined Victoria.

Without a word, Ben was made to kneel on the ground then the police chained him. Still on Victoria’s face did not believed his instincts were wrong all this time.

In the interrogation room, Ben was solo seated on the seat as Victoria and Drake were watching him on the other side off the glass where he could not see. Such an interrogation room was rear in the country this is because this was the town’s police headquarter. Victoria broke the silence monotony by saying to her colleague, “I cannot imagine I invited a murderer in my home and also let him have a chat with my daughter.”

Drake concerning as ever to Victoria he responded, “I understand and you have done nothing wrong. I can go and interrogate him instead of you.” This was the first time that she was weak to a case and responded, “Ok! Thank you.” When he heard the confirmation he proudly walked to the interrogating room saying to himself that he will make his name shine so that at least there will be spark in Victoria’s heart for him. 

Drake he was not acting as a bad cop as they used to play with Victoria and other criminal this was personal and he was really mad. Entering the room he took a seat where he bang it before Ben and said, “Game time is over is either you go to prison into piece or pieces.” Ben looking innocent he asked,

“Where is Victoria?”

“Is she your mother you are asking for her?”

“Ok but be gentle with me.”

Drake giggled in sarcasm and responded, “This is a place of no kids,” then dropped some pictured before Ben and asked, “Now tell me what were you doing in this place at night.” Ben looking at the pictures that were new to him but due to the situation he could not load he had to respond what he was asked he responded, “I was just walking.”

Drake turned to wild and raised to Ben and punch him and shouted, “Do you think am you mother?” Ben who had the punch unexpected faced down, knowing his situation he faced down and started breathing deeply in and out to relax his nerves. Drake had a perception that Ben was pretending to have a problem where he raised his hand again to punch him again.

But before he lowered the punch the interrogation room’s door was banged opened and in walked General Martin with some other soldiers. This caused Drake to pause face back and Ben’s anger dropped drastically and faced the soldiers. General Martin showed Drake his Budge and said, “This is no more your case to handle.” Drake noticing the rank of the General he silent let them do their stuff where the General walked to Ben opened his chain and silently walked out with him leaving Drake and Victoria who was standing at the doorstep hanging.
