Yetunde’s Residence

Yetunde was seen sleeping peacefully in her bedroom, cozily snuggling her blanket when suddenly, her seemingly lifeless body started to twitch inhumanly. Her hands, legs and head involuntarily jerked, as azure colored particles clustered around her. The particles were Blue Flames Essence.

The Jerk continued, as her body bent in ways that seemed impossible which caused her pain. Fighting the pain off, Yetunde immediately leap out of her bed and dramatically opened her eyes, which momentarily glowed Azure and then, returned to it’s original color, causing the Blue flames essence which clustered around her, to disperse into the atmosphere.

Exhausted, Yetunde collapsed unto her bed butt first. She sat in a lotus position while she caressed her head softly “So It wasn’t a dream” She said.

“Yetunde!” A male voice boomed into the room. She immediately recognized the voice as she replied “Dad!”.

Hearing her response, her dad excitedly rushed into the room, without even minding if she was naked or not. She actually wore a white night gown which had a V shaped neck, that exposed her cleavage. He opened his arms wide, indicating he wanted a hug which Yetunde reciprocated.

“You’re finally awake!” He exclaimed with joy.

“How long have I been asleep?” She asked.

“Two days…. You’ve been out for two whole days” He replied, staring solemnly at his daughter.

“Two Days!’ She couldn’t help but exclaim in shock.

Two Days ago,

The Meadow of The Blue Lotuses,

The Enchanted Garden,

The Witches’ Coven.

Yetunde had just finished refining the Lotus in a matter of seconds, something that usually took two to three weeks of intense comprehension.

“What the hell is she?” Alexa frightfully exclaimed.

“I don’t.....I don’t know” Ella murmured as she thought to herself “How was she able to refine it that fast”.

Yetunde’s body got engulfed with a flaming aura of Azure flames. Despite the intense heat and temperature of the flames, her body and clothes seemed to be perfectly fine. The Aura of fire slowly dissipated, leaving only her Azure glowing eyes.

Yetunde suddenly began to levitate, further stunning Ella and Alexa, who did nothing but bask in her glory. She released an immense amount of Mana, as Blue flame essence, gathered themselves around her. It was then, Ella noticed that Yetunde was slowly refining the Entire Lotus colony, that filled the meadow.

“She’s going to absorb everything” Ella whispered as her veins and eyes bulged out in anger. “Yetunde, you’ve got to stop this now!” She furiously yelled.

“What’s happening?” Alexa confusedly asked.

“She’s trying to refine the entire field” Ella exclaimed.

“Tsk…That little piece of shit!” Alexa cursed.

In less than a second, The Meadow lost its azure glow to Yetunde who was presently levitating in the air. Her Arcane and Elemental Aura exerted a high amount of pressure, which created high and powerful winds. Ella and Alexa felt the pressure, as they fell to their knees.

Yetunde’s body soon turned Ethereal, as it transcended. It took a divine form, with her skin, eyes and hair completely white, radiating with an azure glow. Ella and Alexa felt like they were in the presence of a Goddess. She slowly descended with her holy light, illuminating the entire meadow.

As her feet’s touched the ground, the entire meadow, erupted with Azure flames, but rather than getting scorched by the flames, The Lotuses rapidly absorbed the essence, regaining their former glow. After the presence, Yetunde’s body returned to normal, same goes for the Meadow but this time, The Meadow’s glow was far more intense and brighter than normal.

“How did she do that?” Alexa curiously inquired.

“It’s glowing brighter than ever!” Ella said, staring at the magnificent sight that was around her.

Couple seconds later, Yetunde vanished leaving Alexa stunned.” She just disappeared” Alexa exclaimed.

“Is she some kind of ghost?” Alexa asked, staring at Ella for answers.

“Can’t you tell?” Ella said with a smile.

“What….What are you talking about?” Alexa curiously exclaimed.

“Alexa… Our Goddess, is back!” Ella said with a wide and cheerful smile.

“Our Goddess?” Alexa confusedly stuttered.

“Yes. Our Goddess…..The Witch of Chaos!” Ella said.

Two Days Later,

Yetunde's Residence.

“Two Days!” She couldn’t help but exclaim in shock.

“We found you sleeping in the woods” Her Father said.

“I was so worried!” He added.

“I’m sorry that I ran away. I shouldn’t have done that” Yetunde sadly said.

“It wasn’t your fault… I’m sorry about what your Grandma said” He replied.

“Like you said, it wasn’t your fault dad. Besides, I’m all over it!” Yetunde said, trying to force a smile.

“Really!” He gasped, staring at his daughter with disbelief. “Well that was fast” He thought to himself.

“Yes, I discovered that instead of feeling sorry for myself, I’d rather get stronger, more powerful, so I can prove to Grandma, not just Grandma, so I can prove to the whole world, that I’m not a failure” Yetunde said with enthusiasm.

Her father after hearing her heart felt speech, did nothing but gasp in awe.

“I’m gonna get into that academy, with or without an Affinity!” She brightly exclaimed.

“That’s the spirit!” Her father said, giving his daughter a big hug.

“I’m proud of you” He added.

“Thanks Dad!” She replied with a cheery smile.

“Dad, I need a favor from you” She added.

“What is it?” He asked as they broke up the hug.

“On the acceptance day, I want Grandma to be there” She answered, staring into her dad’s eyes.

“Huh?” He confusedly exclaimed.

“Are you serious?” He curiously inquired.

“Yes, I'm being serious. I want her to know that I’m not useless” She said as she wore a sadistic grin.

Seeing his daughter’s facial expression, her father couldn’t help but laugh, hysterically. “Alright, if that’s what you want” He replied awkwardly.

“Thanks Dad!” She excitedly exclaimed, hugging her father tightly.

“You’re welcome. Now, get some rest!” Her father said.

Hearing her father, Yetunde’s mood immediately turned cold. “What do you mean, get some rest?” She replied with a stoic expression.

“What?” He commented wryly.

“I’ve been sleeping for two whole days and you’re still telling me to rest” She said with indifference.

Yetunde father immediately erupted with laughter. “Yes, I want my baby girl to rest. Besides, it’s already dark outside” He said.

“Whatever you say, Dad” She said, immediately wrapping herself with her blanket.

“Goodnight Dad” She added, while she pretended to be asleep.

“Goodnight” Her father replied as he walked out of the room.

Noticing her father’s absence, Yetunde immediately sprang out of her bed and stealthily jumped out through the window. “Sorry Dad but I can’t rest anymore” She thought to herself.

Yetunde ran out of the Mansion and headed towards to the Forest. She went straight to the cave but on getting there, she noticed something strange. Unlike before, she couldn’t sense any Arcane energy coming from the Cave.

As she walked in, it dawned on her that the Cave was empty. “What’s going on here?” She thought to herself.

After wandering through the cave for a while, she gave up and sat on the ground, taking a lotus position.

“No one’s here. Oh well” She thought to herself as she went into a meditative trance.

“Watch out world…. I’m coming!” She exclaimed, as her eyes glowed Azure.
