Evidence of Crime
Arryn was annoyed with Joe's attitude. He reached his right hand forward and pulled the clothes collar that Joe was wearing; suddenly, what Arryn did surprise Joe.

"Are you starting to dare me, Arryn?" asked Joe, smirking.

"I'm not afraid of you at all, even if you are a member of the Emissaries," replied Arryn, firmly with an intense look in his eyes.

Joe laughed again; Arryn had come to know Joe by his characteristic laugh. However, the laughter he heard this time differed significantly from his earlier laughter, more like insulting Arryn.

Arryn released his grip from Joe's collar as he pushed the man's body to the ground. When Arryn was about to walk away from Joe, he realised that time was stopped.

"Bring back time in this place,'" Arryn pleaded.

"I'm not finished talking to you, Arryn," Joe replied.

He rose to his feet using both legs. Both hands went to his backside to shake off the dust. Arryn had no intention of helping him up.
