Simon stared at the body of the dead cat that was placed on the buffet table. His face was void of any emotions. Behind him were Marcus and Giov. In the background, his father uttered different curses. Emiliano was beyond angry because of what happened.

Simon, on the other hand, remained silent and calm, even if the whole clan was in panic.

Federico was standing beside Emiliano, trying to say sensible things to the enraged mafia boss.

All the other members of the family were also there, witnessing the rage of their leader. Everyone except Emiliano was cursing, no one dared to say a thing while their boss was in the heat of rage.

“Merda! They fucking dare to do this on my son’s welcome party! I will not tolerate this!”

“Whoever did this, they must have people inside the clan. This is not the work of a single person, that I am sure.” Federico assumed.

All the guests had already gone home.

After all the panic and ruckus, Simon still had thoughts in keeping all of the visitors safe.
