Chapter: *Gathering*

In a vast space, towering trees and scattered rocks covered this plain, breaking the resplendent rays of the sunlight.

A gigantic metallic grey mansion stood on the precipice of a mountain, thick miasmic fog of clouds enshrouded it's surroundings, multiple colors of light flickered on it's color, giving it a mysterious look.

If one looked at it from afar, it looked like it was floating in the air.

It exuded a terrifying presence, even a silver ranker wouldn't dare approach this mansion casually, it looked akin to an ancient primordial beast, infact, anyone below gold-ranker couldn't come 15 metres close to the mansion, an invisible pressure would push the person out.

What was even more shocking was the horrifying fluctuations of multiple gold-rankers coming from the insides.

In an extremely decorated room, multiple jade crystals were imbedded in the walls, sending out it's colored light spilling across the room. Seven figures sat down around a long table, at the extreme end was a figure robed in pure white, so white even the jade light paled in comparison.

A cloak covered it's face, the figure nuzzled a wine on it's hand and the rest lowered their heads in reverence.

Shockingly, everyone in this room radiated a strong aura of a gold-ranker and it was several times, stronger than the President's clone. The figure dressed in a white robe didn't let out any undulations, it looked like it was he was very ordinary, if not because it sat in a leadership position, it would have been hard to even notice.

"Elder song, what's the situation of the Sapa Nation?" The white robed figure asked, it's voice sonorous and deep, it carried an imposing sound.

"Ahem! There has been major news from the country. The number one being the protest going on in the country, the government is majorly weakened and divided. If we pick them pieces by pieces, we can control their government, the president's authority isn't strong anymore, however, he has been taking countermeasures and that leads to the second major news" Elder Song paused and cleared his throat.

"One of the strongest Assassin guild, the black cross's leader, Greenwood has been captured and imprisoned, awaiting trial and possible execution. it proven to be that he actually attacked the president with Roy Kent, Sharon Madison and Parker Lasso. Last I remembered, Parker Lasso is from the famous Lasso family in the star city and it has openly opposed the presidential rule, so the president can now easily nip it in a bud after this assault incidence, making one less problem for him" Elder Song continued and narrated the events very detailed as if he was there.

The white robed figure wore a contemplative expression. As for what was in it's mind, it was a mystery.

"Kiki.., The Sapa Nation is divided. Isn't this our best shot?" A burly looking middle-aged man spoke out, a hint of smile playing on his lips.

"I already have a chess piece, we can move and throw in more chaos"

"The Sapa Nation has too much resources to itself and if not, because of it's ancestral reputation, we would have raided that place a long time ago".

"Good, good. They're at their weakest point, a few moves and we can claim the whole land for ourselves".

Many of the men here spoke out, all looking like a wolf in sheep's clothing, eyeing the Sapa Nation as if it was their prey.

"We should bolster the forces of the Lasso family, among all our chess pieces, those ones are the biggest and you know, the biggest objects makes the most waves and ripples. The Lasso family has always been a strong opposition to the presidential rule and now, that the president is making a move on them 'righteously'. They will need help and that is where we come in" The white cloaked figure spoke, it's voice extremely masculine.

They all nodded in agreement after giving it a thought, their eyes sparkled with excitement, a cruel smile on their faces.

"Elder Liang, move your forces to the Lasso family in their direst moment and support them, even if they're suspicious, they would have no choice but to allow your assistance and that's what we need" The white cloaked figure issued a command to a grizzly old man.

The grizzly old man roared with laughter, his eyes squinting in excitement.

"Good, good one, Master Radiant. Brilliant. It shall be done. The Sapa Nation must fall!" A terrifying glint flashed within the Grizzly old Man's pupils.

At a mysterious space, a green robed man appeared and bowed at back of a grey robed youth.

"The sublime crystals are being excavated to your royal house, your highness" Shockingly, this green robed man was the president of the Sapa Nation.

If anyone had seen this, they would be beyond shocked and wouldn't even believe it, the revered and ruthless President that doesn't even care much about his citizens is here bowing to a young youth.

"I see, you have encountered some problems" The grey robed youth spoke, his voice child-like.

"I-it's nothing, your highness. Just minor matters" The president's voice was shaky.

"Minor? Your entire country is revolting against you and you call that minor, eh?" The youth turned towards him.

The grey robed youth looked extremely child-like, his appearance was that of a fifteen year old child, his dark skin had an alabaster shine to it, a noble and imperial air could be observed from his every moment, his hair was curled and kinky, exuding a very dark shine and his lips were as red as roses, creating a contrast with the dark background. The youth's eyes sparkled with a blinding radiance and a strong, unfathomable aura enshrouded him.

"I apologize, Royal Prince Seyi. I will find a way to quell the anger of the masses, I have already found a scapegoat to pin most of the crimes to and i will get more" The president replied.

"Hmph. I reckon, some other countries are already eyeing you, you would need to be cautious. Alot of people covet your abundant resources and it's in times like this, they will love to strike and they won't hesitate to strike at your lowest point" Prince Seyi looked at the President and shook his head.

The president snorted and straightened his back, puffing his chest out, looking very heroic.

"Worry not, I have lived long enough to expect things like this and if they think, I'm a push over then they will suffer irreplaceable loses and defeats in my hands" The President smirked.
